Like Gmail, this is mission-critical as your CRM is your single source of truth and there is no point in having Salesforce if you don't hook it into your engagement platform to consume all the necessary information to analyze or feed into a RevIntel or other BI type of aggregator.

Salesforce as a CRM with detailed customer data and insights. Outreach was used on top of Salesforce to be more efficient and strategic in my new business prospecting.

Not essential to have directly integrated with ZoomInfo as this can feed through Salesforce and others, though I've always believed the more you can directly integrate with one another the better your data quality is going to be. That's also something Outreach does quite well with the number of available integrations they have with other popular products.
