What is appointlet?
Appointlet is an online appointment scheduling solution which allows customers to book appointments through a business’ website, email, or landing page. The software is suitable for businesses of all sizes across a range of industries, and offers a responsive design, ensuring that customers can book appointments from any device.
Team availability can be managed centrally in Appointlet, or members can be invited to manage their own availability, including controlling breaks between bookings and last-minute appointments. Team availability can be displayed individually to customers or pooled on the booking page. Users can also control whether bookings are confirmed manually or automatically, and set cancellation and rescheduling rules for customers. Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent out automatically via email, and users can customize these with personalized messages, instructions, and links.
Appointlet’s booking dashboard gives users an overview of all upcoming appointments, and new booking notifications are generated automatically. Appointments are automatically added to users’ calendars, through two-way sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft Office 365. Appointlet also integrates with GoToMeeting, Join.me, and Zoom for online conferencing and video meetings, and can be connected with a range of other applications via Zapier. Support for multiple languages and automatic conversion of timezones enables global meetings between distributed teams or with international customers.
