I needed a consumer onboarding, similar to Noom, we had 21 slides to onboard a consumer. The analytics really helped me see where in the fomr they fell off.
The analytics of being able to see where people drop out of the form is so awesome. I'm then able to reiterate quickly when I see a massive drop off on why people are not completing the form. I also love how it's truly customizable - from brand colors and fonts - to the size of the buttons - and it's all mobile friendly.
I could complain that the price is higher than other forms, but it does provide that much more value so I don't mind paying it.Oh and after about 6 months, they don't store your data so you need to download your data or connect via Zapier to pull into another database or you lose that info.

Heyflow is a very dynamic tool in many respects, but one issue that we have encountered is that during intense usage, Heyflow can become overloaded and crash, resulting in an error message and the need to reload the page.

Heyflow is a great product that has helped us streamline our workflow and increase productivity. However, there have been a few issues with embedding and customer support that have caused some frustration. Despite this we continue to be a satisfied customer and have no reason to change. The design of the forms are epic, and the embeds are powering our whole business.
Heyflow is an intuitive and easy-to-use tool that has greatly improved our team's efficiency and the look and feel of our brand. The interface is simple and straightforward, making it easy for anyone to get started with minimal training. The features are robust, customizable, and beautifully designed, allowing us to tailor the tool to our specific needs. All our forms are now Heyflows, and long may that continue!
While Heyflow is a great product overall, there have been some issues with embedding that have caused some headaches. It can be frustrating when the tool doesn't integrate smoothly with our other systems, and it takes some troubleshooting to get it working properly. Additionally, the customer support team can be slow to respond to inquiries, which can be frustrating when we need help quickly.

Very positive overall experience. We used to build entirely custom forms and loan applications ourselves which took weeks to complete, but with heyflow we can go from ideation to deployment in less than a day! Look forward to seeing the new features coming out
Super simple to go from onboarding to first flow creation and publishing. Integrations were a breeze and very simple to connect my flow to any downstream tool or CRM we had.
The agency portal is not useful as it only acts as a super light weight CRM. Additionally, there isn't an option to audit or get insight to see what tools / destinations / integrations did each lead go to. Lastly, to do with the subscription packages, there is a lack of flexibility when it comes to increasing to number of flows on the lower subscription packages.

I like them, I would suggest HeyFlow. Their team is also very nice and prompt in their responses.
The interface is much better looking, and has a high customisation rate compared to Typeform plus it allows you many more opportunities to track. The built-in Facebook CAPI is also great.
The buil in CAPI sends the data back in a ay that facebook always shows me 2-3 times more results than I actually have. Also the interface takes some time to learn how to use.
