Lastly, to do with the subscription packages, there is a lack of flexibility when it comes to increasing to number of flows on the lower subscription packages.

This is probably a user error but when I embed the Heyflow on my landing page there is a fraction of a second that it takes to load.

I like using hysflow as a tool for recruitingfunnel.

The usability and different features It is easy to set up.

Pay per impression (although it's not expensive). Sharing & Collaboration options are limited and need to be built out.

Oh and after about 6 months, they don't store your data so you need to download your data or connect via Zapier to pull into another database or you lose that info.

Terrible experience as their customer service handled this issue very poorly. I was on a trial which then paid for 1 month. After alerting the company of the security issues they said I didnt meet the criteria for a refund. I was disappointed they wanted me to risk my clients data. Please be very careful when considering HeyFlow fr your company or client.

While we regret any inconvenience you faced, it's important to highlight that many of the reported issues could have been swiftly addressed, particularly during your trial period which is designed for exploring our platform's suitability for your needs. From our records, it appears that we provided guidance on how to address this issue both during your trial and after your (voluntary) transition to a paid plan. 

We'd like to also point out that we have auto-cancellation in place for expired trial periods without requiring any action. However, since you proactively signed up for a monthly plan, accepting our T&C's, we processed your cancellation as requested, but were unable to grant a refund for the first month.

Heyflow is a time saver and CR optimizer for lead generation

Very positive overall experience. We used to build entirely custom forms and loan applications ourselves which took weeks to complete, but with heyflow we can go from ideation to deployment in less than a day! Look forward to seeing the new features coming out

Fast, Easy, Best-In-Class Conversion Rate

I needed a consumer onboarding, similar to Noom, we had 21 slides to onboard a consumer.  The analytics really helped me see where in the fomr they fell off.

Best form builder I've ever used, and I've used a lot of them

I chose Heyflow because of it's ease of use for those who don't like to use a lot of coding. They give you the coding options but also have drag and drop templates. I also sent a recommendation in on how to improve and they were very receptive to it. Great company.

Wir nutzen Heyflow größtenteils um unsere Kontaktformulare für unsere Werbungsschaltung zu erstellen. Die Formulare von Meta sind hier relativ einfach gehalten. Mit Heyflow kann man das ganze viel schöner und Dynamischer aufbauen um das Vertrauen von dem möglichen Kunden oder Bewerber direkt zu erhalten.

Ein Tool, welches meines Erachtens nach viel zu teuer für den im Verhältnis zu anderen Tools im Markt zu geringen Funktionsumfang ist.

Great product with many uses

Kreatives Tool, mit dem selbst Laien einen tollen Funnel bauen können. Die Anleitungs-Videos sind sehr gut. Und wenn die nicht weiterhelfen, dann sind [sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet] die besten Ansprechpartner, die man sich wünschen kann. Wir waren vorher bei einem anderen Anbieter, und der Service war nicht so gut.
