SurveyMethods is a cloud-based survey and data analysis solution which helps businesses with customer feedback, newsletter communication, and reporting. Key features of the SurveyMethods platform include survey creation, file sharing, response collection, customized templates and multi-channel distribution.
The survey building module offers predefined templates for questionnaire creation and limits the number of answer choices. Managers can use the survey quota feature to gather responses that meet a certain set of conditions, and specify actions to perform after the quota has been met. SurveyMethods includes a page logic functionality which modifies the flow of the survey based on responses to previous questions and custom fields. The editing tool can be used to change questions and responses or correct spelling and grammar within surveys.
SurveyMethods comes with a REST API which enables users to launch remote surveys and retrieve the status for a response. It uses Zapier to integrate with third-party applications such as Salesforce, MailChimp, FreshDesk and Google Docs.
