The product has a very friendly user interface. The main thing with an HR system is that it has to be intuitive for the end user, so that they are not discouraged from using it. Cezanne is very basic to the end user, but allows the HR user to record a significant level of information and detail. The training is worth the investment; rather than using dummy data, you use your own data to introduce...
Sometimes searching for the right help article in Cezanne Help Centre can be tricky. We find the reporting functionality a challenge. To pull what it is you are looking for and create reports across different data sets isn't always straight forward, however we are yet to invest any of our training in this area. When an import fails, the error messages are not clear and sometimes you have to raise a support ticket to understand what the error message means. That being said, as I already mentioned, the support team are excellent.

Easy to use, good value for money, lots of features, open to ideas from customers, Workspace tool and you can customize it to work around your individual company needs.
It would be useful to have a 'go back' arrow. It does require time to set up and customise to you company requirements.

Our HR department was a very paper heavy function and we needed something to bring us up to date as quickly, easily and cheaply as possible. We tested a number of options and many of them seemed to have close to everything we needed but when it came to costs, we were always faced with a 'but'. Software is very straightforward to use with a great user friendly interface. Encourages a greater involvement on the part of the employee and the manager Some of the best customer service I have experienced. The team at Cezanne work with their customers to continually develop and improve the software. They really do listen to the voice of the customer. Has the ability to streamline many HR functions. Were I to recommend one area of improvement, it would be the interactions available with some of the data on screen. For example, the ability to filter information on screen so that I can control the order in which I'm viewing it, rather than exporting it to an Excel spreadsheet. However, is is a very minor cosmetic point and as a whole I think the product offers huge benefits.

So far a great experience. As the company has grown, it's been harder to manage employee data and keep up with processes. Cezanne has helped to streamline processes by reducing admin around it. It was quite easy to implement and employee feedback so far has been positive.
The fact that Cezanne is so customisable is a big plus. We have found a home for almost everything we wanted to be able to store/record on Cezanne (and are just figuring out the last bits). It's also very user-friendly and assigning tasks to people really cuts down the number of emails we get! The performance module is great as we can now record written feedback easily, and it can be referred back to.
There are some things which are slightly counter-intuitive e.g. employees wanting to update their picture can only do it via Edit My Details, rather than clicking on 'Picture'. It's not a big problem as there is still a way for them to do this, but it perhaps shouldn't be shown in another place if it's not possible to edit it there.

We have used Cezanne HR for 7+ years and continue to be very happy with it. It is user friendly and generally intuitive but with support available when needed. The pricing structure is fair, with low inital set-up costs and a subscription model which is good value for us.
Cezanne is comprehensive and user friendly. It meets most of our requirements 'off the shelf' but we can make small amendments to tailor it to our needs (without the need to involve our IT Team).The software is always evolving and there is an ideas forum where you can suggest changes and updates for the development team. They seem to accomodate the different needs of companies across a wide range of sectors very well.There is an extensive suite of reports available, all of which can be adapted, or the option of creating reports from scratch easily.
The Form Hub could be improved by using existing fields (which could then be updated via Form Hub). At the moment Form Hub fields are created by the user and therefore stand alone.

The setup process was simple and efficient and went smoothly. The system is user friendly so we didn't need any dedicated training, and the support team was always ready to give us any advice when needed.
Cezanne HR is superior in many ways to other software packages we looked at. It's extremely user friendly, so even employees who aren't regular computer/app users have no problems booking holidays etc. It is very flexible and the reporting/analytical capabilities are great, so it's very easy to get information out of the system. The value for money is also exceptionally good, which was a high priority for us when looking for our first digital HR system.
It's difficult to find any negatives with Cezanne, but we did find that when looking at setting up shift patterns the system doesn't really accommodate this very well. The support team did advise us of a workaround, but it wasn't ideal.

The Cezanne system was implemented earlier this year, its working really well for our organisation, we finally have an interactive on-boarding process, also a central location for all personal information to be stored which is quite important with GDPR. At the recent annual conference the developers mentioned that there will be a new feature to programme the system to delete areas of employee profiles...
Meeting our organisation needs, excellent support from CSR throughout the implementation phase, cost effective HR system.
There are alot of different sections/modules to the system which can be difficult to get used to initially, however with Cezannes customer support and frequent use its easier to navigate around the system. The reporting is very good, however some improvements can be made to integrate more elements of the system into reports (i.e all compensation information)

Overall I like Cezanne. It's reasonably cheap and reasonably good. The reporting could be a little better (for example, information on terminated employees disappears post termination) but there's lots of functionality and lots of customizability. I also like that we control a lot of the system, so we can add things to drop downs, take them away, add absence plans, add locations etc etc without needing to call a helpline.
I like lots of things about Cezanne, it's pretty user-friendly and simple so easy to navigate, easy to set up reports and tweak things
The org chart is dreadful. There are a couple of other bits which are not quite ideal, such as needing to click about 4 different screens to find an employee's termination date, or the fact that when holiday entitlement is displayed, it's not immediately obvious what is the annual allowance and what is carry over.

Cezanne is a great software and has already vastly improved processes which were previously being done by hand. Other software packages may have more complex functionality is but Cezanne is being constantly improved and updated and their development plan looks fantastic. The development team take suggestions based on client experiences and you really get the sense Cezanne is growing with its clients. Customer service is absolutely fantastic - helpful, efficient and the team really go above and beyond to answer queries quickly. They were also very supportive during set up and implementation which as a result was a very smooth transition. So far staff are really happy with the simple lay out of the user interface and the ease of notifications.

I was searching for an HR system that would fit the needs of a growing business of c90 employees. There was no current HR system in use so this meant I had a lot of flexibility in what I could consider as a solution. I began looking at all the systems I had used in other companies, however, I soon established that the providers of such systems were only really interested in big costly solutions for...
It is easy to use and offers a lot of functionality. The user guides are easy to follow when setting up Cezanne HR. It is a stable system and doesn't crash and it is easy to navigate and use.
Batch uploading existing data in to Cezanne can take a couple of attempts.

The development team and helpdesk are really reactive. The products work really well together and it is easy to purchase add-ons and set them live.
This software is excellent value for money with lots of features forming part of the core package
Writing letters can be hard to create templates, and setting up appraisals is a bit tricky.

I would highly recommend this system.
I have used a number of HR Information Systems in the past and this is by far the best in terms of capability, cost and customer service support. The pages load quickly and data can be exported easily. It does everything I would need it to do and if I'm ever unsure if it's possible I contact my dedicated advisor , who is always more than happy and quick to respond.
The initial navigation as a HR user was a little tricky for me at the start, but there are many HR guides available and customer support at hand to assist. I now wouldn't want to go back to any other HRIS.

CezanneHR helps us in the daily personnel management of the company to which I belong. With an initial training you can get in the way of CezanneHR in no time. The portal is made up of many features that, month after month, have been integrated and improved, also in function of what each customer may want. The forum and the guides are useful in pursuing its objective.

The customer support, always nice and helpful also out of normal office time! The possibility to propose improvements to the product that are truly taken into consideration and sometimes implemented. The best was to be able to be a BETA tester of the new not released version providing ideas and user experience.
compared to the extreme needs my company had, it was sometimes too rigid. The fact that is totally in cloud means that when you are offline (e.g. on a plane) you cannot work on it. analytics on the tool should be more customizable

So far we are mainly using the administrative functions but these have already improved the management of our data so much! Despite the fact that we have so many company specifics, we have found a solution for the majority of them. Looking forward to getting started on the performance module. For a company of our size and possibilities I can definitely recommend it!
Very intuitive for users good value for money customer service: extremely nice, fast and efficient support (not only during sales period but also since we started the contract) so far all promises have been kept possibilty to add requests and upvote other requests in order to develop/implement new features
Some limitations (after all it is a pre-defined system which is very affordable) that require work arounds no onboarding process / module (yet) TOIL for us is currently complicated, waiting for a new release at the end of the year that hopefully solves this issue (note: also due to not using the time keeping module)

Great value for money, logical functionality and great support team to help us work out the slightly trickier bits!
It would be great if the timesheets automatically updated holiday accrual. Some of the processes seem quite complicated at first but I'm getting used to them. Otherwise it's all fab.

Cezanne has given my client the opportunity to revolutionize the way that they manage many of their day to day HR function releasing professional resources from time consuming tasks allowing them to focus on value add activities to improve business performance. The implementation was very smooth and the post implementation support outstanding and the fabulous bonus is that the system just keeps improving! The process for listening to user feedback is impressive resulting in a quick response in developing further functionality based on user feedback.
