The best feature of monday.com is its ability to help you integrate your tasks into your calendar. The easy to use tool allows you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.

This is a great feature to get a good feel for the candidates personality and whether they will be a good culture fit. Another great feature is the integration with recruiters.
Lack of variety on the careers page that comes with the system, it is very restricted.
Super easy to use, organizes candidates very well, feels like Trello simplicity but provides tons of relevant and useful data tracking for recruiting with my other hiring team members.
It leads to awkward conversations or schedule adjustments that shouldn't arise and could've been avoided.
It is super user friendly and it is super comfortable to move the users between different status.
The automations are way more complicated than in other HR software. I realized I was having many more mistakes through breezy than with other software.
It's been a really great experience. The customer support team is pleasant to work with and it's been easy to onboard my team.
It tends to be a little buggy and we are forced to keep our entities on separate portals, which is VERY challenging. No option for default values on many sections that we need.
Great product at a superb cost which allows for hiring and on-boarding to be very straightforward.
Breezy is so user-friendly, it is well designed to give a great experience to the user. It's as simple as it possibly could be, which makes everyone happy to adopt it.

Overall extremely easy to use, to set up/familiarize yourself with and the support option is great (you can ask them any question using a chat feature!!). I also love the way the live job ads look.

Great user interface- excellent ease of use for managers that are NOT recruiters. Simplified application process available to candidates.
A bit confused about what we have and what would be an additonal cost/add on.
Clean and clear dashboard with all components easily accessible. Great flexibility to share between users.
The backend set up is a bit confusing and the Data does not reflect the same as the dashboard.
Great price, easy to implement, easy to use, great implementation and support team. You can add a sourcing tool which is better than those that you pay for with job boards.
Interview Scorecards were extremely confusing, hard to access/change/set-up quickly and not user friendly once they were set up.
Overall, for the price I think it's a great investment for a company but I would recommend taking advantage of as many features as possible to get the most bang for your buck.
I am sure this is for security, but it makes it confusing when text convos are on-going. A small price to pay for text function, but it's there.
I have loved being on calls to improve our use of Clear Company. Our contacts are always willing to research solutions and make our lives easier.

She is attentive and reacts and replies immediately with help to any issue I have had. She genuinely cares about taking care of her customers and is exceptional at what she does.
There is little room for error with this program. You have no way to delete assignments without messing up your entire workflow.
Tracker is easy to use and allows us to customize reports to meet our business needs. We love having dedicated support for when we have questions or would like to learn more about the functionality.
Tried to get support during covid 19, non offered and accused of holding out a begging bowl. Shocking attitude and customer service.
Customer service is fantastic as well. Customer representatives were extremly thoughtful and helpful.
Recording phone calls can be a bit tedious. Also the recording of emails is some time a little difficult to track and are assigned under the wrong profile.
Beats most vendors hands down. Great functionality, great price great team supporting it.
I experienced the usual teething problems which 99% of the issues were down to me not using the system correctly and/or not grasping the workflow.
Excellent ongoing customer service after onboarding. Helpful dashboards and "To Do" lists keep you easily on top of performance and revenue-driving activity.

In this software I really liked its pleasant design and its simplicity, and it is also easy to use and administer.
We use to make the payrolls with a company and for me this process was terrible, was that time of the month when i really not wanted to be on.
Some of the great features you can enjoy using these apps are Goals, reviews, surveys, training and etc. Another superb plus point is users can integrate the mailboxes, including outlook.
I ran into occasional lag in the interface which can be frustrating when I need to get a task done quickly. Also, the performance reviews section could be more robust.
I'm super satisfied, Factorial cover everything we need for our HR processes and we can save a lot of time by not doing manual tasks.
I think it is necessary to find another way to control attendance, either by synchronizing with a work tool to avoid forgetting to record worker attendance.
Every part of the process has been great: The onboarding, support and the constant available videos, articles and content really prove that Factorial are the best in the sector.
Also, they have good features, but it is hard to implement and start working, and since customer service is so bad, I'm not even sure how we'd set them up.
Easy to use and administer, you can find all the information about the employees, and free so it's good.
The platform is very easy to use, and I really like the functionality of notifying my employees when there are changes to their schedule.
The interface is very simple and minimalist and easy to use. Best way to check in and keep track of time if you work from home.
I think FactorialHR hasn't thousands of functionalities, but those that are included just do the job. Price per user and functionality is definitely a great value.
This provides a great helicopter view to senior staff with regard to identifying many activities such as upcoming events, pending tasks, upcoming holidays, and community posts.
Furthermore, the users can easily install many user-friendly applications that integrate with Factorial through a few clicks.

ISmartRecruit has a great feature set out of the box. The greatest strength, though, is the degree to which you can customize it to meet your business needs and preferences.
