What is HR Cloud?

HR Cloud is a cloud-based employee tracking and reporting application with which SMBs can monitor vacation time, sick leave, benefits, and employee data. Designed to make it easier for HR teams to access, manage, and analyze employee information from anywhere, HR Cloud also gives employees to access a self-service portal to manage their requests and time off.

In order to help small and medium businesses to track their employees and manage employee data all in one place, HR Cloud provides a portal for both management and employees from which leave requests, onboarding, workflows, compliance, org charts, employee data, payroll, and more can all be managed. HR teams and managers can approve or deny leave requests and track sick leave and, through integrations with payroll solutions such as ADP, all data is automatically synchronized to payroll. All employee records are centralized within the HR Cloud database and reports can be generated in one click to visualize metrics such as employee locations, attendance, and more.

HR Cloud can also be used when onboarding new hires by providing a customizable portal including messages, video, documents, and other content tailored specifically to the onboarding workflow. With the aim of making the transition easier for new hires, HR Cloud also provides an Org Chart module, which is updated in real time with employee data, to act as a visual guide to the company and help employees put a face to a name.

Pros
“It was an easy setup, easy implementation, and our employees love the ease of use. We have gotten remarkable feedback from our new hires on how efficient our onboarding is now that we have HR Cloud.”
“Easy to get started, and the free trial is a good idea if you're on the fence about it. HR Cloud is a time-saver, and can help you spend more time on other, more important tasks.”
“This is essential to us because we hire all over the country, and sending an email with the link with easy steps has been great. Also, my implementation and contact person is the best of all times.”
Cons
“Literally, clicking through several applicants when recruiting is painful. You watch the loading circle over and over.”
“Some Onboard functionality is not intuitive, so it can be a little cumbersome and/or frustrating when first getting used to the system.”
“I think employees forget their password too often.”
