What is ilert?

ilert is an incident management, on-call alerting, and status page platform with a built-in AI SRE, made and hosted in Germany.

ilert's AI SRE does the investigating: it pulls the relevant logs and metrics, correlates the incident with recent deploys and config changes across your existing tools, and attaches a hypothesis plus a specific proposed fix to the live incident. Engineers start from a hypothesis instead of a blank terminal, review the evidence, and decide. The AI runs the investigation, your team makes the call.

The AI SRE is read-only by default, scoped per team, and every step is audit-trailed. ilert is ISO 27001 certified, GDPR-compliant, and supports NIS2 and DORA requirements.

One platform covers the full lifecycle: AI investigation, voice-capable multi-channel alerting, on-call scheduling, and status pages, with 150+ integrations. Auto-import migrates users, teams, schedules, and escalation policies.
