Syncing Autotask client accounts to IT Glue organizations. There's a lot more we could appreciate about it, but are barely scratching the surface - too much work and too few staff to spend much time exploring!

It Integrates with Autotask PSA very seamlessly in two-way sync to get the client and its associated configuration items, contacts and documents sync

Ticket information and historical data can be used with PSA. Additionally, auto replies with IT Glue KB articles is possible for tickets.

IT Glue works with Autotask to track tickets for the customers on which devices but this has been problematic.
