Integration rating: 4.2 (119)

Invoicing and reconciling transactions. The integration is deeply flawed despite the advertised 2-way sync. If a business receives payments via direct bank transfer, it will only sync the payment status back to Jobber and not the payment amount. To then get the amounts to reconcile between Jobber and QuickBooks it requires an immense amount of manual data entry.

Reduces data entry by syncing invoices and timesheets. However, frequent synchronization errors occur with duplicate customers (would be nice to be able to merge client profiles instead of renaming them in QuickBooks).

When we finally upgraded to QBO from desktop and worked out all the kinks, it ran very nicely. Only a few issues with customer database management.

It does all of our accounting and the automatic syncing makes it a breeze. Some features could be improved, but what software couldn't?

QBO sucks. If Jobber did everything QBO is supposed to do, I'd much sooner give my money to them, just based on support alone.

Helps me understand my numbers. The issues I had with quickbooks, I was able to figure out with a small amount of help.

My Wife - The Boss/Partner/Book Keeper - is a Certified Quickbooks Professional. Quickbooks is her life so to speak.

There have been several issues but Jobber tech support has always been willing to help us figure out a problem.

The sync between QBO and Jobber is atrocious. We ended up removing the sync and manually entering those items.

We don't do a montly newsletter, widespread communication. We are more one on one with our clients, which may not be scalable, but we will cross that bridge when we get there.
