“Invoicing and reconciling transactions. The integration is deeply flawed despite the advertised 2-way sync. If a business receives payments via direct bank transfer, it will only sync the payment status back to Jobber and not the payment amount. To then get the amounts to reconcile between Jobber and QuickBooks it requires an immense amount of manual data entry.”
“Reduces data entry by syncing invoices and timesheets. However, frequent synchronization errors occur with duplicate customers (would be nice to be able to merge client profiles instead of renaming them in QuickBooks).”
