Repsly is a mobile field team activity management solution that is divided into two parts:

The back office web console where managers see and interact with data sent in from the field.

The mobile app, which reps use to collect and submit that information.

From the web console, managers see a map with pins. These pins represent a single activity completed by a rep in the field and are located based on the GPS data of each rep's mobile device. These same pins can be clicked on to expand the view and see more detailed information.

In the field, reps can use the mobile app to select a client, and then proceed with any number of actions specified for that customer. These actions may consist of checking in for a visit, taking a photo, performing a merchandising audit, collecting purchase orders, and more. Customized form fields allow field reps and managers many options when deciding on what data to collect. Once all data from a client visit has been collected, it can be sent in real-time to the back-office software, where managers can view it.

From the back-office, managers can apply filters to view information from different time periods, send messages to one or all of their reps in the field, create custom forms, and much more.

Repsly provides simple, adaptable software for organizations that need visibility into their field team's activities.

Customizable Forms

No two organizations or clients are exactly alike, which is why Repsly has made its forms completely customizable. Field managers are able to tailor their forms based on individual needs. Forms generated with Repsly may include images, yes/no questions, dropdowns, free text, numeric fields, and signatures.
