The platform sets-up real phone conservations in just a matter of seconds, and follows up with leads automatically at the right time with an appropriate message. Upcall supports automated workflows which facilitate the process of triggering calls from leads to creating a new level of automation for different sales organizations. Upcall compares leads based on call conversions, including set sales appointments and engagement rates, and helps sales teams qualify leads by separating good leads from bad ones, and allowing sales reps to talk to qualified leads. Upcall integrates into the user’s workflow and lets teams work with over 1,000 business tools to send data from lead sources, and then analyze results and sync call activity.
