The weekly meetings in the months leading up to the event and the dedicated support during the event itself were both extremely helpful.
There does not seem to be a reason for them not working and the cryptic error message does not resolve the problem either.
Customer service is amazing, and highly personalized. It is great that our team can generate reports to view and customize product categories, and online booth profile functionality.
Overall updates made by Pathable often affected our program poorly - one such was discovered during our program.
My experience with a2z has been excellent. The customer service is beyond amazing.

If you type a company name wrong it won't find it.

Scoring rules are really useful. Since we set them up with a little help from CallPage’s support, our lead generation improved and our potential clients are happy they can reach us easily.
The number of incoming calls has always been a problem in our company. Our customers were often made to wait on hold and it resulted in really negative opinions about the company.
Very good & helpful support team on the phone & chat. Good reports from the panel.

Easy to use, loads of features, much loved by attendees and amazing, timely, responsive customer service.
Only negative is that on the backend there is no way to sort items alphabetically, by price, etc. To find an item, you have to search.
We had a great experience with Accelevents. They were very responsive and helpful in setting up the platform and supporting us during the launch of the event.
If a purchaser of a raffle ticket makes a mistake by submitting a ticket to the wrong item, the software does not allow for a correction to be made so the ticket can be redirected to the correct item.
Very easy to use, fast and easy to learn, wonderful customer service, very knowledgeable staff that answered all my questions quickly, and a great price.
Administrators still had to be designated as speakers to have functionality in that session. Weird to have to register speakers as attendees to be able to see other sessions.
Now we are using Accelevents again for our holiday auction. We are very happy with the platform and the fantastic customer support.
Lack of videos to explain all the terms and a glossary.
Like the ease of using the streaming and ease of uploading information into the platform.
Accelevents was amazing for helping us quickly turn an auction into an online event due to restricted group gatherings. We are so grateful we didn’t have to cancel the event.
I loved that you can use either pre-recorded or live videos, and the integrations are very helpful.
The quality and accessibility of customer support are outstanding.

I have full confidence in [sensitive content hidden] and our Perenso team. They always do a wonderful job leading up to the show, as well as the day of the show.
Not a Perenso issue, but some users do not receive their log info because it goes to spam, but that is not a platform issue.
Perenso and her team are always a pleasure to work with. They do a fantastic job of helping us manage our timeline while also putting the best possible product in front of our customers.
We did not import all of our sku's some of the manufactures could not add special orders at the show.
We're very happy with the product and would recommend it for anyone looking for an intuitive product with excellent ease of use.

I find it frustrating that the product picker is just not working, you have to physically copy and paste product description photo and information and paste.
Great email marketing software which allows your marketing team to create amazing newsletters. The great advantage is that you can easily automate some tasks as welcome emails, abandoned cart, etc.
Not all my emails go to my customers and they complaint that our email goes to junk and before this would not happen.

Setting up Omnisend can be a little difficult, especially if this is your first time with email marketing.

This billing issue has really soured my feeling about this company. The monthly price that they show on their account page is wrong.

Omnisend has been great for getting email marketing out to customers. It allows for a lot of customization which is nice, and it's also priced very well in comparison to a lot of other options.
This program is so easy to use and integrates seamlessly with Shopify. This is a huge game changer for my business as it allows us to move away from MailChimp, and on to a much more robust platform.

Click Funnels was the first and is probably the best funnel building software option. I'm sure if you're willing to spend the time to build out the perfect funnel, it could be an amazing tool.
I disliked the crappy support, the constant bugs, glitches, disruptions to my business because of their outdated software that they refuse to actually work on.
The training and education opportunities, plus the great coaches, are what makes it the most appealing to me.
After 6 weeks it broke again. MOST of my traffic was being re-directed to the 404 error page I lost hundreds of dollars.
Even people that are not techy can use it and succeed at whatever they are doing. It's just amazing how the CF's team have accomplish is so little time.
Something changed though, and now it's probably some of the worst customer support of any software company I work with.
Very positive and there is entire community to support a Click funnel user on face book that helps with learinng making good funnels and marketing. Its like finding a family.
I don't like that the software does not work daily, on a basic level.
Easy to use and save a ton of time and headaches, its an amazing software even for latin american people like me.
It integrates with a lot of other software which is nice. The support and training surrounding the platform is great.

The interface is clean and easy to use. On first impressions it looked like the re-brand from InfusionSoft was a move good to keep things more simple.
When you leave it idle, rather than timing out gracefully, you lose any unsaved info. I know that's more of a "my workflow, why the hell aren't you saving your work" issue, but it's still annoying.
I love this product, it is the best when you get advanced marketing experience and a big mail list, you can really do magic with it with the advanced action based segmentation.
Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.
I had some great help with getting everything set up and I find the email automation system quite easy to use and understand, which is great as it has gotten me to do a lot more with automation.
Infusionsoft refuses to make simple fixes. Terrible for business to business.
Technical support for the most part has been great, they are very patient and friendly.
The system is horribly confusing so much so that their own people have no idea what they are doing. They don't test or check their own work.
It is a good tool for marketing campaigns and generating insights. Their CRM tool is also good and a have the required functionalities.
As someone in business for 10+ yrs, this is a terrible experience.
I like how easy it is to use. I like that you can change the dashboard and main screen to show only the information you want to see.

Sometimes menus are a bit misleading and unintuitive, especially with the AB testing.

We get over 1M visitors to your site per month yet we only use Poptin for our blog. It’s frustrating having to pay for our entire website traffic especially bc they are really pricey.
We have seen a great increase in sign ups through our website and a great way to build a remarking base for business.
This got me up and running within an hour. I was dreading spending a couple of days trying to get a simple email conversion pop up box running on my page.
Drives sales and very good at communicating with customer. Follow up and alerts are great.
No switch between types of pop-ups after a design. If I design a modal pop-up I cannot convert that same style to a side bar popup.

The functionality of Pardot and the analytics are awesome. This software is a great way to successfully streamline marketing efforts to your customers.
I had advised the salesperson of my challenges and concerns with implementing myself which he downplayed and disregarded. It was a complete waste of time and resources for our organization.
Custom redirects are also one of the best features that Pardot has because you can utilize them on all SoMe platforms for prospect tracking and provide more quality on certain links on your website.
After determining that the product simply doesn't work we are transitioning to their competitors. Pardot is still forcing us to pay licensing fees even though their product failed to function.
Overall, it is a very good product. Certainly worth the investment if you are can invest the time and resources to improve your marketing efforts.
The emails send directly to our customers junk mail. So tough to change and their customer service is HORRENDOUS.
It's really been great for us and I love the challenge of designing and building automations. Just be aware that its not all unicorns and butterflies.
We wish it had a drag and drop editor. Not everyone on our team can code and it makes it difficult when we have a heavy season for deploys.

After getting one aspect of the technical side set up I was informed I had to pay additional monthly fees due to an API issue.

We are always able to figure out how to solve a problem, but each time it requires more steps, more time, then more "overhead" to manage in the future.

The emails send directly to our customers junk mail. So tough to change and their customer service is HORRENDOUS.

It is a great tool for email marketing filled with the required features like analyses and reports, segmentation, automation, etc. It is very nice looking and easy to navigate.
I cancelled my subscription and after a month they activated without my consense and charged of 95.
What i like most about this tool is that it provides me with the best email marketing services and great features for building my email lists effectively.
After numerous communication with the company, we found out they moved us to a "bad" server/IP address which triggered the recipient inbox spam filters.
GetResponse is my favorite EMS by far. The software is fairly easy to use and for what you can't figure out they have tons of options and outstanding customer service to learn and get trained.
When we asked for them to refund our payment due to our inability to use their system they refused, citing terms and conditions.
I am very much happy with the functionality if someone reworks the usability part, it will be one of the best products.

Lucky orange is phenomenal at showing live guest engagement. This has additionaly assisted me with developing and contact a greater crowd and monitor my progress.
Sometimes there is misattribution and gives you wrong data. The data can also not provide really valuable insight, for example they customer is just moving quickly through the site.
I love pretty much everything about Lucky Orange from the heatmaps to the Hubspot integration.
It was difficult to work with, and the numbers were widely different depending on how many clicks actually loaded.
It can help you make better UX decisions on your website. The customer service is great.
Filtering didn't work very well. Also when you have a lot of visitors on a website it's very hard to look all these videos located in one place.
Easy to use, visual, no code needed. It's the perfect tool to understand better the user behavior and to improve our e-commerce results.
This makes it difficult to go back and look at specific windows based on your price plan because data is rolling.
Luckyorange is shockingly good value for money, with great features that exceed the competition, I honestly don't know how they do it.

You have to learn a lot before you can start for example sending marketing emails. When you log in you can see plenty of different options but there is no priority of them, poor UX.
Finally, the on boarding support is great and it helps you to take full advantage of the tool.

We love our customer support manager [sensitive content hidden. She helps us stay on track and helps us understand the reports and areas we can improve in.

The option to also use converstional pages is awesome and integrating those into ABM programs has been exciting.
For users, there were just so many options on the admin side of things, and using it, I immediately felt lost and confused.
They've built an awesome product, which does everything you need it to - but the fact that it is fun to use DRIFT makes it an even more compelling product.
Just an awful approach to customer service and the worse experience with a vendor after 15 years in IT.
We really had good opinion on drift and we're happy to serve our customers realtime with the help of drift chat widget and qualify the leads instantly.
Drift was buggy, did not work as described with segment.io and had numerous usability problems for end-users (customers).
Drift is so simple to use and great for those individuals who are responsible for following up on leads like myself. It is so easy to track and reach out to those who are on your site.
By getting all the unique features and functionalities I can not think of anything offensive in it that could worsen my experience on it. I failed to find anything to complain about it.

Salesflare does suffer from a lack of compatibility with other sales based software. For example, we use Leadworx for our outbound lead generation.
The staff is always helpful and eager to help resolve any questions you may have. A pleasure to work with for sure.
A proper email sequence/drip functionality is missing.
We love Customer Support as CSR is always there to help us. And it has so many awesome features which will help you in saving money on cold email campaign tools.
I've used a few CRM's and most of them you need a month of study and Youtube searches just to get stuck.
I really love the workflow management feature in Salesflare that helps me automate 40% of my team's sales tasks. Overall its a highly customizable and robust tool for SaaS sales professionals.
There is no permission setting for adding my V.A.
It all is held together by the Customer support, which is lovely to work with and provides tons of clear, useful advices and...well support.
And last, but not least, their customer support is outstanding. They truly value their customers and are quick to answer queries or address any issues that come up.

Act-On is extremely easy to use and starts providing working data immediately. Act-On has a quality product with a friendly UI and wonderful support when the occasional question comes up.
In some cases, metrics are just a bit confusing. In particular, there's a metric that compares SEO-type things, but the explanation is inadequate.
I like the breadth of capabilities with superior customer support by both the Customer Success Manager and Technical Support.
It could have better designed templates for emails and landing pages; the ones provided are dreadful. There is a major shortcoming, though, and I think it's a fatal one: e-mail deliverability.
There may be other big brands out there, but this is a great solution at an affordable price.
As a small business testing out systems this is horrible.
And the customer support was outstanding; at times, they were reaching out to me, asking me if I needed anything or if I had seen new features that were introduced, etc.
When we tried to cancel they refused and sent the account to a collection agency...well done Act-on. Any world class software company doesn't try to trick clients into sticking with them.
It's user friendly, has a nice design, and serves the basic purpose of helping you stay in touch with your customers and build a marketing plan for your brand.
AVOID these guys at all cost. The ux is poor and you'll need a dedicated in house resource to learn and operate a sub-optimal system.

They offer the best overall package based on product, service, and pricing. Their design canvas is by far and wide the most impressive part and more advanced than any others that I tested.
The interface can be overwhelming for a beginner, and it's not all that user-friendly. Also, setting up specific campaigns can be difficult; you need to familiarise with the tutorials.

I had to download, from time to time, a CSV file and transfer the leads I capture manually. Still, Justuno pop-ups look amazing; they are super eye-catching and professional looking.

Other than the great concept of ZoomInfo in general, and the great info you can get from them, I have to say the thing I like the most is their customer service.
Not surprising that they have to trap people into giving them money given how terrible their product infrastructure is.
In North America, the contact quality has turned out to be pretty good. Websights has also been interesting to gain insights on non converting companies on our website.
The biggest con is the amount of times that numbers either aren't on there or are wrong numbers. I have dialed and got siblings, spouses, and other family members along with completely wrong people.
All and all the user interface and functionality of ZoomInfo was great. It was easy to search, I really liked the ability to look at org charts, and for the most part the info was correct.
ZoomInfo is an unethical company that does not care about its customers and relies on legal threats to intimidate its customers.
I would highly recommend Zoom for any organization that needs to prospect new potential clients. It is effective and has great plug-ins and interfaces with Chrome.
When we then tried to terminate the contract, having no need for it, and having barely used it at all, ZoomInfo was completely unwilling to work with us and threatened legal action.
There are so many awesome add on you can choose from for your account, and we love being able to search millions of companies and get direct work line and mobile dials + work emails.

My experience has been excellent and their customer support is super responsive when you need them.
It is missing zapier integration and more native auto-responders integrations.
The future is bright for convertful it’s the one tool I recommend to all my clients. Love that it’s easy to use easy to implement for the non technical.
Too many errors and not even the dev team could fix it.
It is easy to use integrations and connect to many apps we use. Support is outstanding as well and the team is always there to help us out.
There are currently no Sub Accounts available for Agency account clients, this is on the roadmap.
Seriously the best product for building opt-in forms etc. Excellent UX, snappy interface, great design in the templates.
They told me to use the script to connect, which I did (but you lose key features by not utilizing the Wordpress plugin).
Convertful is one of those tools you're infinitely grateful you invested in. I've got peace of mind that once I've set it up I can trust that it will safely collect leads without any further effort.

Excellent, their customer service provides just that. They are knowledgeable and very responsive.
To be told that you have to recreate a portion of a Journey from memory because someone accidentally deleted part of it during a Journey review can be quite frustrating.
The price is excellent and I love the heads up feature. This feature alone has increased conversions considerably for me. I like that Autopilot is easy to integrate and like the journey builder.
The only knock on the product is the inability to filter out your synchronization with Pipedrive based on custom fields or some other value.
Customer service is incredible, so I feel like any issues or objectives I want to hit are fully supported by the team. I hope this only improves as they grow and doesn't become watered down.
This was a real frustration, and I ended up just disconnecting Autopilot from the CRM in order to finish my test.
Their journey creator is flawless and even a non-techinical person can use it with ease. The have very robust APIs and you can confirgure autopilot pretty easily with their APIs.
It's hard to have the actions start based on interactions with a website or product / CRM. This may have changed though.
The visual feedback of the journeybuilder makes automation easy and enjoyable to construct. The wealth of options available for triggering, and for actions to trigger in journeys.

It’s very mobile friendly on the app and easy to make calls, texts, emails and manage your CRM on your mobile device which is great for mobile and remote work. I love that flexibility aspect.
The only thing missing is a voicemail drop option.
I love that there is excellent customer support. I like that it is easy to use, and that you can send and track emails through the system.
At this time i dont believe theres anything either my team or myself are dissatisfied with.
Google integration is very good, template ability is excellent and there are workflow capabilities. Forecasting is also included.
Keep it simple - have ONE BOARD that has the quote, email, etc. I stopped using the Deals section as it is just all too time consuming.
Salesmate is a good customer relationship management software option for users who do not want a lot of complexity in their CRM. It is good value for money too.
Also, the automated texting portion of Salesmate is hard to set up with code.
