Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Otto overview
What is Otto?
Briq is an AI orchestration platform designed for the construction industry. It replaces traditional customer relationship management, project management, and enterprise resource planning systems with autonomous workflows executed by a central intelligence layer called Otto. The platform addresses the needs of general contractors, specialty contractors and construction firms that depend on disconnected software tools for sales, project execution and accounting. It comprises three core products operating under the Otto intelligence system: Lead Genius serves as a pursuit control tower managing pipeline development, bid preparation and sales workflows; Project Genius acts as a project control tower overseeing budgets, change orders and field to finance processes; Accounting Genius functions as a cashflow control tower handling accounts payable, billing payment applications and job costing in real time.
Users interact with the platform through a conversation first interface that accepts natural language instructions and triggers autonomous workflow execution. Unified data models and a shared processing engine ensure seamless continuity across sales, field operations and finance without manual data entry or tool navigation. Generative capabilities enable on demand creation of custom applications and workflow designs without administrative configuration or external consultants. The orchestration layer deploys more than twenty specialized AI agents to perform tasks such as contract analysis, bid scoring, competitor research, invoice validation and compliance tracking within a construction context.
The product employs a phased replacement strategy for legacy systems. In the first month Otto connects to email systems, document repositories and existing business applications to analyze data without altering user behavior. In the second phase new projects and opportunities are entered into the Otto environment with bidirectional synchronization through integration bridges. The final phase implements a system retirement schedule that transitions customer relationship management seat reductions at renewal and retires enterprise applications module by module while maintaining historical data archives. Active operations consolidate into the unified Otto ecosystem.
Integration capabilities support existing construction software ecosystems throughout the transition, enabling continuous data exchange until legacy systems reach end of life. An open application programming interface permits custom connections with specialized tools and accounting ledgers. Otto can function as a standalone system or as an orchestration layer coordinating work across retained point solutions, with a design emphasis on system replacement. Built in analytics and reporting tools provide visibility into operational improvements, including reductions in license expenses, recovery of labor hours, acceleration of billing cycles and decreased reliance on external configuration consultants.
