Visual Planning displays real-time workloads and calculated metrics to measure budget vs cost, capacity vs demand, and planned vs actual results. This allows managers to anticipate overheads and bottlenecks and make informed decisions to solve problems before they actually occur.

In order to facilitate resource planning on the go, Visual Planning provides functionality for mobile devices to access the solution and manage activities remotely. It supports integration with multiple databases such as MySQL, SQL Server and Oracle, as well as data formats such as CSV files and spreadsheets.
