4ALLPORTAL transforms data and file management with 4ALLPORTAL, the all-in-one Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) software. 4ALLPORTAL streamlines workflows, saves time and boosts productivity.

It hosts data with 4ALLPORTAL's failsafe Kubernetes clusters in Germany or use our long-term on-premise solution on the user's own servers. Users ca n receive dedicated support from a fixed contact person and experienced developer team, including a fixed project manager.

The solution allows users to organize their digital assets with 4ALLPORTAL DAM, including tagging files, assigning usage rights, creating tasks, comparing versions, and more. It allows users to share selected files with others through public-facing portals or the e-ticket.

Use 4ALLPORTAL PIM as the heart of data enrichment, integrating with ERP systems and other third-party systems with our API-first approach and open RESTful API. It can also maintain metadata inheritance with an infinite number of sublevels in the category tree.

With 4ALLPORTAL Brand-Shop, users can maintain their corporate identity and create uniform marketing materials with ease. They can choose from a variety of marketing materials, add the products they need to their shopping cart and receive the materials in just a few clicks.
