Fareharbor is our online booking software we use. Great for all the different things that we offer here. Great progamming team that is pretty easy to work with. Swell integrates with this and keeps track of our reservations. Once we have checked a guest in, it sends them a "thanks for visiting...how about a review" text a couple of hours later. This has been such a huge help in getting reviews. We can put up as much on our walls/windows trying to get reviews as we want but this works right at the "in your face" level without being intrusive. A simple click on a link and a click on your rating. Less than a min for the guest!! Excellent and will keep using this for as long as we are running I am sure!

My company ticket platform is Fareharbor so their partnership is irreplaceable.
