Our all-in-one solution!

Pros

Refresh has evolved tremendously over time. What started as a wellness platform for our company has managed to turn itself into our entire employee communication and engagement hub. From surveying to keeping connected through quarantine, I don't know what we would have done without Refresh in our toolkit. Added bonus: the cost of Refresh compared to all of the other cobbled software solutions we were using previously is incredible. We've reduced our spend AND increased employee engagement significantly. Win-win-win!

Cons

Overall, no major complaints. I look forward to more integrations, but for now it works great with connecting to outside platforms.

Bringing it all together and making it easy

From start to finish it has been a superior experience. Their team is service first and really looks to help you make their product your own.

Pros

We had a lot of tools and different things all over the place with no tracking. Refresh allowed us to consolidate everything we do into one place putting at our peoples finger tips and giving us insight into what was working and what wasn't. Particularly with WFH and covid it has made engaging people with and delivering our benefits program a lot more manageable. Plus on top of that Refresh tools and wellness features have really boosted our program.

Cons

It has been a seamless relationship. I cant really point to anything that we had a major issue with thus far.

Smooth Sailing

Pros

We’ve been bringing in new engineering employees since 2018 and the process with this platform has been, dare I say, refreshing - we use their onboarding forms and workflow to capture everything we need on day one, employees are set up to provide additional information as we request it, and the data management is great. Where Refresh shines above the rest is in how seamless it is from a workflow perspective - both for users and ourselves as administrators. We have also begun to provide a wellness/fitness program with the Refresh Live video sessions that we otherwise may have never thought about. This has been a big win for our team.

Cons

Refresh should have contacted me 4 years ago! Also at this point our team loves the wellness offering so much it would be hard to ever go back.

Great team to work with. They held our hand through the entire process and made us feel super confident in what we were rolling out.

Pros

They provide a holistic approach - not just physical - to our wellness and engagement programs. Integrated content and features with segmentation, communication, & scheduling enhanced every aspect of what we wanted to deliver. It’s really impressive.

Cons

We haven't run into any negatives thus far.

Of all the companies we work with. Refresh is at the very top. I cannot endorse them enough as a software provider, partner, and leader in their field.

Pros

This is best in class software and a product which delivers incredible value for the cost. The Refresh software is state of the art, easily deployed, flexible to a company's specific requirements, while delivering highly valuable content and services.

Cons

Refresh is continually updating and improving their software and we have never encountered an issue with it that we would consider problematic.
