Pros and cons

I enjoy using Xecec as it gives me access to great deals. There is a wealth of companies to choose from, and it has saved me a significant amount of money.
I am super happy with Reward Gateway, can't say enough great things about the service, the platform, and the product.
Very easy to navigate and use. A wonderful tool to recognize other employees for going the extra mile and helps us to be very aware of the internal customer service that we are giving.
Quite a limited choice of ecards. That part of it is quite "out of the box.
Hard to get staff and manager buy in to use the program more frequently.
You're limited to pre-made reports that you might not even use in the long run. Also, customization of names.

response after implementation is delayed from customer support and our contact, don't feel our concerns are acted on for improvements to have better user experiences.

Pros

the design was very customizable and the implementation team was helpful.

Cons

the app which is how most of our employees access the site, as they are on the road not in an office, does not have the same capabilities as the site on the desktop does. this deters most of our users from utilizing this tool and requires more work for the admin team. i was not aware of the differences before go-live. our team would like to post our own photos to celebrate success in the field. the savings app is completely separate then the company app and that confuses people as well as the savings method is not user friendly.

You get what you pay for?

Neutral....There are some limitations to the functionality, and we have opted not to use the monetary recognition portion for budget/compliance reasons. People seem to like the platform, but as an administrator it's often more trouble than it's worth to use for things like EE announcements, or to make any updates to content.

Pros

The social recognition wall has been a great way to increase peer-to-peer recognition and employee engagement.

Cons

The system itself is not very intuitive or user-friendly for administrators.

I really enjoyed it for the engagement aspect, however our users didn't really grasp the importance of its usage. Also, frequent shifts in reps.

Ease of access, great tool for recognition, great discounts

Blogs are a little bland with template, lack of engagement with users.

Reward Gateway Is A Great Motivator for Staff!

Overall, we are generally very pleased with Reward Gateway and plan to utilize it even more in the coming year!

Pros

We love that we can set up rewards for our employees like the Birthday Gift that automatically occurs on their birthday! It's so easy and is such a nice way to recognize them individually without having to do all the work!!! We also love that Reward Gateway keeps track of the employees' anniversaries! The employees love getting recognized for their achievements, so the cards and gifts are always well received by the staff!

Cons

The least favorite thing is the inability to make self-edits to employee profiles. Name changes etc... must be done through customer support. When creating new recognitions/awards these too must be created by customer service.

Reward Gateway as a Tool at EVP

I first took on the role as administrator when I join the organization. I was not aware of the vision for RG. I have since fully taken on the challenge of growing the usage of the tool as a recognition platform and "blog" space for the organization. I am also trying to grow the usage of the gift card and discount programs from the teammates.

Pros

Reward Gateway has offered us a tool for peer-to-peer recognition as well as Manager-to-Teammate recognition. We also use RG as a tool for communication to the mass audience of our staff. The access has been easy. The "blog" capabilities haev enhanced our broadcast communication efforts.

Cons

Sometimes the support has been a bit hard to understand. That situation is steadily improving and support has been consistent.

Outstanding customer service

Easy to recognize colleagues even when its not with a monetary value, and the Applause Wall is very inspirational. I like that all employees have 3 Spotlight awards to issue as previously we have never had this option and it really makes an impact. The videos are short so easy to watch and understand. I found the site so easy to navigate and didn't have trouble finding anything.

Pros

Xexec Applause was recently rolled out at my company to encourage recognition of employees and colleagues in a new and improved format which makes it easier to reward and praise colleagues. The layout of the site is very easy to use and navigate and i found it really easy to find what i was looking for, i also found a wealth of information on the different rewards and recognitions that could be given...

Cons

I think the Applause Wall could do with some different images just to keep things looking interesting and not samey when scrolling through. Could we add our own photos? More photos needed in the options for profile pictures. When looking at the vouchers page, i found it difficult to understand that the monetary values that you could claim were listed above the voucher themselves. I thought where it said £10, 50 it meant you could claim £10.50 rather than values of £10 and £50.

Great Team Member Incentive

I think it has been a nice employee reward program, better than what we were using before, but with the cost we could be offering better incentives to our employees without the platform. This program might be more cost efficient in a larger scale company.

Pros

It has a lot of nice features to promote birthdays, anniversaries and special accomplishments. There is a large gift card catalog for the team members to choose from with their points.

Cons

With the price to have the rewards and perks. I don't think it is a sustainable program to maintain with cost cuts because of COVID.

The fact you have a choice to chose what you want to spend you fond point on

It’s Good

My overall experience is good. I think it’s a good simple program that gets what it’s supposed to do done.

Pros

It’s user friendly and you can do it on the computer or on the mobile app.

Cons

Like with most softwares like this, it takes a good amount of points to be able to get anything. And I don’t like receiving an email every time I recognize someone.

With an organization that is stretched over a broad area it is an easy way to remotely show appreciation to the employees who impact your work life that you do not have frequent face-to-face interaction with.

Pros

An easy tool to be able to show appreciation in a time consuming industry allowing flexibility in the work place to be able to communicate positively to personnel.

Cons

The Fond points allotted to dole out do have an an expiration and at times feels wasteful.

We are using Fond to help employees to recognize good behaviors that fellow team members exhibit and also to help them be empowered to reward the behaviors that they would like to see more of.

Pros

It is easy to integrate with our Business practices...and the software is easy to navigate

Cons

The software is easy to use, but we have had some of our employees who have difficulty using this on their phone. I am typically on a laptop and don't do this on my phone. I also don't like that too many employees can use the "stock" wording and not have to come up with a specific instance that they are rewarding fellow employees for. It also way to easy for employees to "swap" point without identifying a specific behavior that they are rewarding.

great program and the employees all love it.

Pros

Love using this program to thank anyone within my company for the hardwork they are doing. Great for recognizing individuals or a whole group from any project. Great way to motivate someone Lots of great deals on fond

Cons

not much honestly. i wish some of the prices reflecting on the great buys were less than amazon or walmart prices. The great discounts on things are the typical normal prices found online.

Fast and easy way to have your managers recognize you! Honestly makes me feel special when I am recognized.

Pros

I love how easy Fond is to navigate! There are so many options for all kind of people! I love how many different gift card options there are. I personally used my points towards an airbnb gift card for one of my trips!! It is very convenient and fast that the gift card is sent to your email!

Cons

Some products are super expensive.. I feel like they should be slightly discounted? I know would use it towards something other than a gift card if products were cheaper. But I understand you wouldn't make any money if you did!

Cons

Perks come and go but the code remains active. why not just have them all listed

Excellent Experience

The migration of our recognition programme to the Xexec platform was seamless and has been very well received by our employees. Usage of the programme is high and employees are excited by the wide range of products and services available in the catalogue. Xexec have improved the employee experience through their platform and service offering. In addition, the experience as the manager of the recognition programme has been outstanding. The client team at Xexec are always attentive and very quick to resolve any questions or issues experienced. As we near the first anniversary in partnership, the experience has been outstanding.

Pros

The Xexec platform is intuitive, simple for users and has some strong features. The web portal looks very good and that encourages high usage within the employee population. The support team are incredibly knowledgeable and are incredibly open to implementing changes and improvements tailored to my company's needs.

Cons

Very little to dislike currently, but always seeking to improve the employee experience.

The Brand Integrity platform is simple to use, functional and customizable for employee recognition.

It allows for me to recognize co-workers in a way that mimicked social media as it allows for all employees to see the recognition once posted

Pros

The system is user friendly and allows for the user to entire a multitude of recognition options and titles. The system is also visually pleasing which always makes a system rank higher in favorability.

Cons

The options used by the company I work for has the user title the recognition, write a blurb for the recognition as well as then select categories that the recognition falls into. It's cumbersome and I often find myself reluctant to take the time to do them as coming up with a title can be cumbersome for me.

Pros

How user friendly and interactive it is to use. This is a product that we have been able t drive down to the front line staff who have been very receptive about using it.

Cons

Not too much to say here. The company has great customer service. The one Con is that if you are not invested enough in using this tool, no matter what the team at Brand Integrity does, your success will be diminished.

Easy site to navigate. great benefits

Pros

It is very easy to use and to navigate around. The use of the benefits on the site is great. The cycle to work scheme is very straight forward.

Cons

This is not necessarily about the software but it would be great if all the reloadable cards loaded as quick as the easy saver card.

Brand Integrity Delivers!

Brand Integrity delivered an employee recognition platform that has had an immediate impact on our organization. The cloud based software is intuitive and easy to use. Our organization has had tremendous support from the Brand Integrity team members and we have developed a true partnership. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Pros

Intuitive and easy to use. The software has made it easier for our employees to share recognition and see why others are being recognized. Brand Integrity support is ever present and easy to work with.

Cons

No significant cons. We do struggle at times to get our field technicians as engaged in the platform as we would like them to be.

Brand Integrity Takes Employee Engagement to the next level

Our employee base ranges from highly educated Physicians to entry level service and housekeeping staff. Brand Integrities' (BI) common sense approach and easy to use software transcends the multitude of users and allows the organization an opportunity to connect with staff in ways never achieved before. I am confident that the software and product by itself would not achieve the excellent results...

Pros

It is easy to use for even self descried "road kill on the information super highway".

Cons

Because it is web based, when my network at work is slow access slowed.

Solid Unique Recognition System

Brand Integrity is an excellent product with good customer support. It provides an ongoing recognition system between employee engagement surveys, which helps keep the topic of engagement and satisfaction in front of supervisors and employees all year. The major limitation is that it is a technology solution, and many of our LTC employees do not use or have regular access to technology every day.

Pros

Fairly easy to navigate. Robust reporting. Allows easy drill-down reporting in a large organization. Fairly intuitive especially for folks who are familiar with platforms like Facebook.

Cons

It is better for folks who work at a desk all day, and is limited for folks who work on the floor. The tech support is not quite as robust as sales makes it out to be, but it is still solid support. The price point is very high for the ROI.
