Our company has been using Jazz for over 2 years now. We like the basic functionality of the tool. It allows us to post jobs, rate candidates, and move people through our hiring process. While we would like the tool to do more, it has been clear that Jazz has been going through a lot of changes in the past year - new design, new name, new features. As a user it can feel like whiplash to go through so many changes. Eventually, I'm sure it will all shake out and be great, but week to week it's only average. Customer support has been very weak; again, probably a product of their fast growth.
I am happy that I found this software because it follows the trend of social recuriting. With the help of social media (at least in my industry) I can find easily suitable candidates for job openings in my company. Apart from that "The Resumator" offers all the typical features of HR software, such as applicant tracking, automated rejection, etc.. I think this software is well done!
