Overall experience is good, but in my language doesnt find a lot of results or as much as I expected. Very good for youtube and twitter. Not so good for web and facebook.

Awario has been great to use, and customer support has been very friendly. Had a lengthy phone chat with one of their reps who noted my comments and suggestions for future product improvements. This definitely made me feel like an important customer, not just a number.

I also subscribe to Brand Mentions (a direct competitor), and gotta say I find more actionable data in BM's reports. This may change in future though, as Awario keeps releasing new features.

                                                       Before I found Awario, I was using software called mention.com, and even though their software worked for me, I feel like the price point was a little too high for my small company. So right away, that made me think about switching.

See, Awario has some pretty amazing coverage. They give you brand mentions from even inside YouTube videos. So I'll tell you the full features of Awario and their price point made me switch pretty quickly.
                                                       Integrating Awario into my business was pretty straightforward. I just had to put some keys that are used to find my business and the brand names, company, personnel names into a little search box. And before you know it, I started getting emails you know, from years and years ago. And I found things that I never knew. People talking about my brand that I just had never found before.
                                                       I would recommend Awario to anybody with a company or anybody with even their own personal brand, because it's been so useful in reaching out to people who might be interested in my product and bloggers that could be mentioning me, YouTube videos that are reviewing my games. I would recommend it highly for anybody who's just interested in reaching out to the potential buyers and potential audience that you can have an interactive conversation with online. It really helped me understand my target audience.
