Pros

I can easily import a spread sheet with all the new hires to update the data base

Cons

Been supporting this envoy for a while and I don't see any real cons. Many other companies including the building property management uses this product.

Envoy allows us to keep track of who is visiting our offices and works particularly well for the social events and tech meet ups that we host in our offices.

Pros

The interface design and user experience is by far the best on the market.

Cons

Our management team had negative feedback about the monthly cost and this was very nearly the reason why we didn't proceed with signing on.

The best visitor registration system we've implemented, adds a 'wow factor' to our visitors/guests.

The iPad user interface is user-friendly and customizable. We also get to extract all the data and the built-in dashboard also has some visual analytics for easy reference.

Pros

The notifications are great (e.g., thru e-mail, sms, slack).

Cons

We just have one feature request to have the mobile and email details of the employees be hidden from view of the Receptionist (since our receptionists/security team is outsourced).

We are able to generate reports and perform statistical analysis in conjunction with the data we are able to export from this software.

Cons

Although customizing the questions is relatively easy, the systems' inability to easily rearrange preexisting answers in different orders without deleting and recreating them does prove to be frustrating at times.

Easy to order and easy to setup; excellent product support when we had any questions and they listened to our suggestions for additional features.

Easy to understand how it works and the statistics it keeps.

Cons

Lack of interface with PowerSchool to automatically transfer student and staff logout/login information, to integrate with absentees data to keep track of students and staff who temporarily leave campus.

Having a NDA on file and easy to access has been a great feature.

Pros

The ease of use along with guest arrival notifications. The 1st time our HR manager got a notification that someone had checked in for an interview he was sold.

Cons

As an admin I would prefer to setup all the users myself and not have the user involved in the process but it is a minor one time issue.

Your visitors will love using the iPad app to register (much impressive than the usual pen/paper, or receptionist doing all the typing). Notifications are very useful to let you know when a visitor has arrived.

Pros

The notifications is the feature most appreciated by our company, since they get notified in real time via email/sms/slack upon visitor registration of their guests.

Cons

There is no provision to use Android devices instead of an iPad. Currently, it's not possible to select multiple hosts (persons to visit/destination).

Mobile, Scalability and ease of use.

Pros

Scalability, Mobility, Customer Service is always helpful. Ability to deploy global and use the local language on iPad, customization on the fly... from meeting types to the sign-in screen.

Cons

Label layout, Billing Banner should be to global admin, ability to change sign in flow (NDA before signing in), about to take your photo prompt, Need for more metric analytics or a connector to PowerBI or Azure connector, ability to remove visitor data on a retention timetable (remove everyone after 6 months +1 day).
