We use Repsly for field marketing activities for our food brand in grocery stores. I am testing it with 4-5 reps but have not extended it to my entire field team of 50+ reps. Repsly works for what it is, but has limited reporting features. The backend is not intuitive and viewing the data it shows on the rep reports page isn't very helpful because you can't dig into the stats and individual reports...
Reports can include pictures Geotagging with time stamp Can create custom reports Unlimited number of Clients (we use each individual store as a client)
Not that user friendly- team must be trained and followed up with Backend limited Reporting limited No master calendar

Very good
Very good value for money. Very technology focused, and captures all the needs I have in tracking a rep.
Honestly I can't think of much. Putting pictures into the regular/automated reporting options would be huge. Also, working with retailers to constantly have the current stores in the system rather than brands having to curate it themselves.

My company has used Repsly several times to better coordinate with our traveling sales team and to effectively monitor their work. It has been easy to use and train the team on, the customer support is quick to provide solutions, and the price is very competitive for the features.
The level of customization was a large selling point for my company. It enabled us to track only the information that we felt was most valuable. The GPS features are beneficial for verifying work is being done properly and in a timely manner.
The exporting of data was not as simplified as I would have liked it. I would like to see a more comprehensive system for exporting data in the future.

My market is geographically diverse. The Repsly system allows me to monitor my sales force and merchandising activities with ease. It has made an immediate impact in on shelf avaialability which translates to better sales. Money well spent.
Ease of use. Geo Tagging.
It is priced in US dollars, my currency moves wildly against the Dollar so no consistent cost.

Great program for a great price. Works cross platform. I wish there were a few other things that we could customize, but they seem to be very responsive to customer needs.
Customizable to every industry. Ease of use and ever evolving..
Customer support could be better.. they have switched out our direct contact several times..

This helps us see how our product is represented at the retailer level. In the past we've had to email photos and compile, now everything is available easily with location tags for organization
This app makes it fairly easy to keep track of all your reps and their plans for the day. Easy to see where someone has been and photos of what they saw in the stores.
not many cons to this app with the exception of truly having to train individuals that are not that tech savvy. We have a wide range of ages and tech knowledge in our rep base so there were some people that required quite a bit of help at first

While I was looking for a solution to better manage my field team work, I got a chance to test Repsly for free. The setup was super easy, I uploaded my database of stores within 10 minutes and everything was instantly operational. My reps too were able to begin with Repsly in seconds.
- Extremely easy to use for both reps and back-office users - Ability to take pics and tag them for easy browsing - You can customize reports & audits - User-friendly UI - Excellent customer service and high quality support - Great value for money (of you do not have to many reps!)
- I would like to be able to customize the dashboards to the specific needs of my company - When you export data to Excel (i.e. results of audits) you cannot choose to export only a part of the information (= selecting columns you really need to export) - There was no 'intuitive' option to classify your POS into channel types (electronic stores, Telco, etc) but with a little help from the customer service the problem was solved quickly

not a bad program at all
its made my life a rep easier with much less paperwork and admin, also getting feedback to management from customers are much easier
you claimed it works offline or with no signal but it does not, it hangs and wont allow any action with no signal that makes my day a tad difficult as my areas are low signal areas. have to send orders to my gmail instead of my company email as it takes more than 20min to get 5o my work email

I have been using Repsly for approx 3 years and have found it the most adaptable and cost effective compared to the numerous other field management software I have tried. I spent 6 months researching field management software and found Repsly the most affordable, customisable software available.

The sales team uses Repsly to stay organized and keep track of contacts and where they are in the sales cycle.
Easy to use in the field
The reporting is hard to use. They just upgraded it and I haven't tried the new version.

I like that you can create custom fields in the app.
The cost per representative is far more than we can afford, so we have to do all our rep work off one rep.
