My job is more efficient now - I get more done in less time!

Pros

It doesn't take long to learn it, and it is highly customizable. The documents and invoicing are super quick and easy to use, look professional, and allow my clients access to pay their own bills without me needing to do any extra work.

Cons

As a result there are a few features that are absent, like inventory management, menu item reporting, and multi-level item categorization.

Best event planning software on the market

Everything from being more organized, more efficient, client management, lead management to cost and financial analysis.

Pros

We have over 200 weddings and events per year in a multi-million dollar waterfront restaurant, and Tripleseat is basically my right arm.

Cons

For instance, I wanted better reporting on lead sources and where the business was coming from, and they added a custom report for me the next day!

Ease of use, Trackability of leads, email threading of other sales managers, easy reporting, customizable reporting, quick creation of contracts.

Pros

I am able to finalize a contract/invoice to a client in less than 2 minutes.

Cons

So far the thing that I don't like is that the calendar of sales goals isn't customizable by our fiscal periods.

I use TripleSeat daily and have nothing but great things to say about it! It's so easy to use!

The task feature helps me stay on track with events & leads.

Pros

Also the reports are easily customized and very useful for collecting data.

Cons

I do have issues with leads disappearing from the dashboard, but when this is easily fixed by refreshing the browser window.

Pros

I also enjoy the Task feature for setting daily reminders for me and my team (so helpful!)

Cons

If only it could integrate with QuickBooks without a third party processor ;) It'd also be great to sync it to update in real time when we update our team Google Calendar.

Pros

Easy to use interface and customer support is extremely responsive to questions as well as ideas to continuously evolve their product!

Pros

Ability to have multiple locations within the system.

Cons

Some of the more detailed features - not being able to add line items in the middle of a picklist, and not being able to move more than one line item at a time.

Pros

straightforward. it is very visual and easy to keep track of tasks. everything is colored coded so easy to see which events still need work.

Cons

Offers alot but not easy to batch print reports, at least not the way i need to print them for my team.

Great product, fantastic customer service! You need it - they make it happen!

Booking & event efficiency for the entire company.

Pros

Tripleseat allows us to keep track of all of our buildings, contacts, accounts, event information - not to mention post-event reporting! Absolutely brilliant!

Cons

The only request I would make is to be able to add a multi-day event as "one" event covering multiple days, instead of each day being added as it's own event.

All communication with guests and staff about the event is located on the event in addition to email notifications. The tasks allow me to make sure I follow up with every inquiry in a timely fashion.

amazing event management, events team communication, and organizational benefits.

Pros

The customer support and software updates are second to none! The features of this software are true benefits for event managers and contacts alike!

Cons

The ONLY thing that can be tedious about this software is needing to SHOW event contacts how to access the guest portal and how to access full discussion forum (which is a newer feature so I am sure the ease of use will be escalated in the near future).

Ease of doing my job, tons of time saved.

Pros

The best feature in Tripleseat is the ability to make a change once, to multiple documents.

Cons

The only downside is not being able to print calendars. I do understand the reason though--Tripleseat is meant to be current and up-to-date at all times. Once you print the calendar it is no longer accurate, essentially. However, there is still a need for printed calendars in my job.

This is the easiest software I have ever worked with regarding events. It is very user friendly.

Pros

What I like the most about this software is the ability to look at all my leads in one and contact them in order. I can assign tasks to myself so I can stay busy day per day. I can also put a contract together quickly and efficiently.

Cons

If there was anything I think it has to do with the reports. We've had a bit of trouble getting certain reports to run for us, but the customer support has helped tremendously!

I also like that when a new lead comes through, it automatically shows you what you already have booked on that day on the side of the lead form.

I like the notifications sent to you because it indicates that the client received the contract and opened it.

Cons

When you copy a reservation, sometimes you change the data. I do not like it either when you have a leads and the event happens, the leads are over.
