Envoy Visitors handles all aspects of guest check-in, including pre-registration. The application allows users to capture signatures and sign legally binding agreements (NDAs) with guests. Envoy can print guest and employee badges. The app is customizable, with more customizable fields in the Premium and Enterprise versions. Those versions of the application also feature Box and Salesforce integrations. Exclusives of the Enterprise version include one free iPad Air, badge printer, and stand for each location, as well as priority support.
And now with Envoy Deliveries, you can track incoming deliveries and send notifications to recipients reminding them to pick them up.
Envoy for iPad also supports its iPhone companion app, Envoy Passport, which allows Envoy to detect visitor iBeacons, letting the host business know when a guest has arrived. Envoy Passport also allows employees to receive push notifications.
The app is fully scalable, allowing it to suit businesses of all sizes. Multiple locations are supported and the app natively supports a large number of countries and languages, allowing it to serve even international chains.
In addition to its iOS application, Envoy features a Web-based dashboard that duplicates all the app’s controls from any workstation. This dashboard also allows users to view and export a variety of customer data sets.
