other than the price gusto is great
Pros
The thing I liked the most was the fact that it was so easy and simple to use
Cons
They should maybe maybe make it a little more cheaper

Customer support is great. This is a good company. They aren’t the cheapest. And they aren’t the most expensive. I think the extra cost is worth it to ensure compliance.
Pros
Gusto is easy and straightforward to use. But it doesn’t sacrifice accuracy for ease. What I like most about Gusto is that it makes it easy for small businesses to be legally compliant with complicated wage laws across jurisdictions. I haven’t found a legal error yet — and I can’t say that about any other payroll software or service I’ve worked with over the last 15 years.
Cons
I wish the price didn’t jump up so much for time clock feature. Getting clients to use the integrated time clock can be a challenge, and it creates unnecessary problems. It should be included in the base fee.

It's not top of the line nor the Cadillac of payroll programs but it gets the job done and the price is more then reasonable. You get what you pay for so if simple and inexpensive is your foal ding ding ding you hit the jackpot!
Pros
Easy to use and price is right. Low cost and simple function
Cons
Payroll deposits say the come form Gusto instead of our company really that's the only big issue I have

Made payroll management fun and easy. New onboarding and new hires are so easy to be added to the workforce and everything is such a breeze including importing information
Pros
Cloud-based support is fantastic and makes it convenient for collaboration
Love how we can upload a CSV document and it still supports it and easily imports all the information
Modern and clean UI making it very easy and convenient for me to manage without much hassle
Cons
Pricing is a bit on the expensive side, wish there were cheaper or discounted plans
Wish it had support for mobile - app preferably

Pros
Cheap...but you get what you pay for. If you have less than 10 employees the price may be worth the headaches.
Cons
Stay away from Gusto. Why?
- You and your employees see different PTO balances because the system tracks them differently
- You can only have one PTO policy per employee. Moving employees between policies will delete the previous balances. If you do this mass move the system doesn't warn you until it's all gone
- You can't mass update anything. Need to make the same change to all employees? Get ready to click away for days! The slowness of the system also makes this a great experience if you love wasting hours.
- Customer service is useless and can take a long time to get someone on the phone. Email support takes 24 - 48 hours to respond even the smallest question.
Did I mention you should stay away from Gusto? Remember you get what you pay for.

The concept is good, and copied around, if you are busy or lazy you can get variety and quality for relatively cheap price
Cons
Still not that cheap as supermarket and you need anyway to cook, especially in lockdown like in london maybe make more sense in normal life

Great access to HR and payroll resources and info. It's cool and edgy. Woohoo for that. I love it, and despite its price, I'd still recommend it.
Pros
The features are fantastic. Quotes of the day, funny personal featurettes, etc... This software has a ton of gimmicky (yes gimmicky) things that make it cool. And all of this is outside of it being a fantastic payroll resource. I have access to check stubs and past payment history and everything I need to figure things out. Plus, changing my tax info is super easy. I love it.
Cons
It is fairly expensive. I have a friend that runs a company that will outsource payroll and HR and insurance details for a cheaper price at better personalization, but It's a bit more complicated. I digress. But Gusto does come at a slightly elevated cost for the great service...which is something that I don't mind paying for.

Overall it was very good. We were pleased with the service, however, we changed due to the increased monthly fees and found a more affordable option for our small non-profit.
Pros
Software was very easy to use. Reports were accurate. Online portals for employees were very easy to navigate. Very pleased.
Cons
Pricing. As a small non-profit with 2-3 employees, the price increases caused us to look for another vendor. Initially it was cost effective for us to use Gusto from in-house with QB payroll, however after the first year, the price increase made is too expensive.

My overall experience with Gusto has been very positive.
Pros
Gusto is what HR software should be, easy to use, comprehensive with features and affordably priced for the value it provides.
Cons
Nothing, Gusto does what it says it does. Maybe they could put more efforts to make it work as well internationally as in their core markets, but this will surely come.

Overall, I believe that Gusto offers a edge to the HR software game and is incredibly affordable for what features it provides.
Pros
Gusto is a huge win simply because the software offers a low price alternative to HR solutions. Similar software with the same functions is offered at a much higher price than Gusto. Gusto can handle so much automated day to day taxes and payroll processes.
Cons
The biggest con that I've faced when using this software is the customer support. I've ran into a few troubles along my journey and it took days for customer service to help resolve.

Used it as a payroll software at a side job. It's great for small businesses, being cheap and efficient. If you have a large business with lots of payroll, this is not suitable.
Pros
Gusto is simply awesome. It allows you to split payroll into multiple accounts at both your and payee's end, the set up is extremely streamlined and customer service is awesome. Probably the best payroll service at its price range.
Cons
Only four prescheduled payrolls allowed. That's be a big limitation for a large company. Also if anything goes wrong on a weekend, have to wait till Monday to talk to a human.

Online access, employee control, easy to navigate
Pros
Access anywhere with an internet,
Employees have their own log in and control,
Syncing/Mapping with QBO perfectly.
Cons
The pricing could be a bit more cheaper especially for the loyal customer, like after 1 year it could be 5% off, 2nd year 10% off?

Ease of use. Very friendly and helpful customer service. Affordable/reasonable pricing.
Pros
How easy it is to use. Very user friendly, especially for people who DONT know what they're doing! When I signed up for Gusto it was the very first time I had employees, so naturally, I was very unfamiliar with the Payroll world. They made it SO EASY!
