Overall, Help Desk Migration really the best software to migrate Help Desk system. It's really easy to use the software and it does the job perfectly.
The customer service is really good, quick response and really helpful. I will recommend this software to any company that needs to migrate Help Desk Software.
I had a fantastic experience using the app. We migrated over 150K unique records from Help Scout to Teamwork Desk using Help Desk Migration, and all of our data was transferred and mapped perfectly.
Cons
There was a hiccup with making a payment, and a "failure" the first time we tried with migration of our conversations.
Literally, no concerns with this product whatsoever.
We've missed a few pictures on the knowledge-base document.
