We use for email marketing and its been great for that. Creating campaigns is straight forward with a great tool for designing a campaign within the software.

Great UI with very easy to implement APIs and packed full of features. I've been using SendInBlue for a good few years now and would strongly recommend to anyone needing an email sending service.

Additionally, sendinblue does a horrible job documenting and announcing their own vetting process. I once purchased SIB Credit and had no feedback as to why it wasn't credited to my account.

Sendinblue is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only their support is close to inexistent for users with premium account, but they treat you like a criminal.

We'd gone to some trouble to transition our mailing list, learn the new interface, and get it linked to our website for subscriptions. We now feel that we were misled or tricked.

I have been using this software for more than 4 years and I have not had any problems.

80% of my time (I've weeks) before production has gone to finding and testing an integration from Paid Memberships Pro that works. Companies with resources can pay and have professional people to set things right on no time, but non profit organizations are a different story. These problems are actually outside Brevo, but they may affect on the choice of a mailing client. I did try a few alternative solutions. 

An application that delivers

Our overall experience with Brevo has been positive. The platform offers a user-friendly interface and helpful automation features that simplify our campaign management. While there are some areas for improvement, particularly in reporting and advanced workflow capabilities, Brevo has been effective for our core marketing needs and has contributed to our engagement efforts.

It has been a fantastic experience with Brevo as emails don't go to spam/junk. I can filter contacts, see if the recepeints have seen the email, send a followup to those who didn't see it the first time, and more. It is a fantastic software and I highly recommend it for everyone looking to send bulk emails.

Overall great. Happy to be onboarded so well and to be guided all the way. Nice to have so many features compared to our old platform and to have such a  responsive support team.

We are very happy with Brevo

So far my experience has been super positive and I have no complaints. It’s a really good choice / functionality with transparent T&Cs . I would consider using Brevo to be an advantage for any organisation that requires transparent and simple transactional mail logs.  The facility to use templates is really helpful if you need to hit the floor running.
