    For our shipping. The one thing that would be helpful if there was a way to add the tracking # from the notes into the Order Templates (Such as an invoice)

    It would be nice if Brightpearl would allow shipping totals to be updated in Brightpearl and marked up if/when desired.

    It’s important because it keeps orders, inventory, and customers in sync in real time. This reduces manual work, avoids overselling, and makes scaling across multiple sales channels much easier.

    Although Shopify and Brightpearl work together we still have to update both systems independently.

    It would be nice to be able to send a Paypal payment request from the Brightpearl order page.

    It works but you have to follow specific steps to add or remove someone from a Mailchimp list. It would be better if there were more of an interface in Brightpearl that is specific to Mailchimp.
