In the lacrm application, I sent email to my customers and Prospects utilizing outlook. A copy of that email is then embedded into that customer's record. It's a great way to keep track of communications.

Keeping incoming and outgoing e-mails connected to specific contacts. I have finally shifted from Outlook's Calendar to only using the LACRM Calendar.

We integrate with Outlook to log emails and maintain visibility for the team.
