Our student data is stored in our salesforce CRM. Conversion is automatic on a 5-10 minute interval.

Two-way sync of all data and activity attached to leads, contacts, opportunities, and accounts.

Marketos native prebuilt integration with Twilio allows us to send 1:1 sms messages (with contact permission at optin) and is a very affordable and economical way to include text marketing into our marketing automations for things like meeting reminders and including an additional channel into our campaigns has greatly increased our conversions

We use twilio for sms, which works. Capturing responses isn’t supported much natively by Marketo and will require a 3rd party application to send back if you are looking for 2-way sms.

We use Hevo to pull Marketo records directly into our data warehouse, but being able to send updates and records to other systems is a key part of our integration strategy.
