We have an appreciation channel where all shout outs go. It would be great if each shout out could go to an employee specific channel because we have to do that manually.

Love that I don't even have to navigate to motivosity to use the tool, the slack integration is super slick.

Slack is our primary means for communication at my company so this integration is very important.

MV shout outs also go to our slack channel to ping the individual being shouted out

The integration is there - with regular updates sent to a dedicated channel and with the ability, I believe, to recognize team members through the MS Teams integration, but it feels like there might be a backlog of feature enhancements that would make it even better.
