The reporting functionality is pretty good. We especially have liked the ease of payroll with timekeeping and different pay rates.
It is difficult when the system is updating and in comes down for hours. We have 24 dispatch center that gets interrupted when this happens.
I think one of the best things about WinTeam is its user friendly interface. The reports I am able to run help me with scheduling and payroll on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Doesn't have a way to fix data entered wrong. Reports are not easily produced within the system itself.
I love their customer service - they have an excellent response team to help with any problems that arises.
If I am able to double click on one module, I might only have to click once in another module. Drop downs are not consistent from one module to the next.
I really enjoy using the WinTeam system and the integration and efficiency we get from it. Customer support and account management is fantastic as well.
TIme to enter through all the process and especially to correct an error.
Love the reporting and tracking capabilities. The most useful reports in my job are the job costing and hours variance reports.
I love being able to pull P&L's per job / customer with just a couple clicks. Having all information in one software makes it very nice.

WinTeam is only as good as the work you put into it, garbage in/garbage out. The initial set up of things is cumbersome but if you take the time to do it right then day to day use is worth it.

What I loved most was how the module provided me with all the important details about the company, its culture, and policies. It helped me feel more integrated and confident in my role.
On the contrary, I think this software addresses some of the biggest pain points stemming from HR activities in the industry today.
It has been positive so far, a learning curve for both myself and BrioHR. I am happy with the effort made to constantly adapt to the requirements of the client, which is never easy.

Mobile app seems to be a bit slower than the desktop version. But not so much that it causes a significant problem.
My team members can easily log their time and activities, and I can view their timesheets in real-time. This helps me to stay on top of our progress and make any necessary adjustments to our schedule.
To smooth things out, we may need to opt in to your integration where we instruct the bank to pay automatically every month on the MTD/PCB to staff. Do not know if this is the answer.

I love that the software is very user friendly and quite intuitive. What I appreciate most is that customer service and how quickly and professionally any queries being posted is dealt with.
I was confused on which date to fill in for a staff who had just joined.
Overall it's very good and I like the software, other than that, the customer service is really the best. Very prompt and clear answer.
There is no possibility to integrate with time & attendance tools right now.
This can be very useful for small startups, less cost and easy to adapt.it supports great integration like Quickbook integrations and import and exporting data is very easy.
Need futher information about this, i think the option for employee to pay their own PCB. One more thing, payrollpanda, i am not sure whether provide the annual EA form for each employee.

I love the idea of moving to a paperless system for my employees. Customer support is excellent - very helpful and approachable.
Your receipts don't have your VAT number on - how hard can it be. I want to be able to export all data so that I can see what fields are missing for which employees.
Overall, a fantastic product and system. Very easy to use, and most importantly affordable for SME's.
If you don't wish to subscribe any longer your a bit lost with all your data.
My experience with customer service has been outstanding, training and response issues have been handled with maximum efficiency.

I have a high level of confidence that it will. High kudos to Review Snap and the entire team there for a great product.
Cons: Our problems mainly result from lack of engagement from managers.
They are very responsive and helpful and spend time to help you understand the system very thoroughly. Our employees loved how easy it was to use.
I have found it somewhat tricky to complete the review finalization process - every year I struggle to find how to send it on to my supervisor.
It is easy to use and requires very little training. Being a consultancy firm that implements HCM software we appreciate Reviewsnap's versatility and their outstanding customer service.
There are moments where I feel customization are limited.
The customer service is excellent and prompt. We are very pleased with this product and highly recommend it to anyone.

I've had a good experience with Reviewsnap, now that it's integrated to Recruiterbox I can add new employees automatically after hiring them.
Overall I think that it does what it was created to do, but it could use an upgrade to be more user friendly. Until the upgrade occurs, it may not be the best review software on the market.

Has been excellent and the employees loved it. Problems have been solved quickly when a solution is available.
There are always a lot of errors in the way the groups and plans are built and because testing a portal is difficult sometimes those errors don't get discovered until the site is live.
The best for employee benefits. I have employees log on to initially set up their medical benefits and they can log on anytime to verify.
It is currently blank and doesn't give direction. The inability to manipulate an employee's per pay check deduction based on a state based subsidy program that can change the amount quarterly.
The customer support is amazing. My questions are answered promptly, and they are responsive to suggestions and ideas.
I think it could be a little more straightforward. Sometimes it's confusing to navigate.
The onboarding feature is especially popular among HR staff. Employees love it too and it is a great compliance tool.

Since day 1 I have loved this system. I love the fact that it automatically sends you updates as personnel make changes, and that it sends a clear accounting of all elections for enrollment periods.

We launched the portal with our 50+ clients first in order for them to capitalize on the 1095 reporting capabilities with BerniePortal then rolled out portals for smaller clients at their renewal.

Had trouble printing out Organizational charts which I thought was odd. You can view the org chart online but not able to print it out in a PDF for instance for customers who ask for it.
It is perfect for managing customer complaints and compliance management. The customer service is fantastic.
When you need to integrate with Microsoft Word, it's a trouble, if you have different versions of MS Office, or have different Java versions.
There are rooms for improvement but knowing there is a roadmap in place and SE team listen the feedback, increases confidence and level of satisfaction.
It is a bit annoying to have to install the JNLP file whenever I open a document. It uses Java to control security into the documents.
The immediate support is very good with our accounts manager.
Opening a document always has a lag, could be a few seconds to half a minute, especially the first time of the day.
This is easy to users, most part of the time. Also you may have a single point to detail all the documentation you need and share with the people you want.
Version control on software is great and is our primary purpose to using this platform.

Great software, easy-to-use, excellent way to define and promote the values that are truly important to your company.
The setup has been time consuming for HR because our job descriptions are a mess. We have spent a lot of time defining and refining these.
Threads Culture is very simple to use and has many great features. Their technical support is outstanding and has helped us evolve our employee management side of our business.
There is no start-up cost with Threads so do not forget about that.
The flexibility of this tool makes life a lot less complex. A Threads review is a motivating event and leaves people feeling good, with a clear understanding of strengths and areas of improvement.
An organization without core values might struggle with this software as that is highly integrated. I'm not sure if there is anything as user-friendly as Threads though, it's so intuitive.
The folks at Threads are the most helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with. I have always found them to be available to help me with an issue and solve it quickly.
For some of us it's hard to give yourself feedback, be it negative or positive feedback.
It's great to be able to acknowledge my co-workers in a way that it can be viewed for their benefit.
The representatives at Threads were extremely helpful and the software is great.

The word Asanify itself means Asan (Easy to use). User friendly and ease of access with best customer support.
Till concierge service was introduced, it was difficult to integrate with processes. Tds payment is also an open issue.
The software has some cool features like detailed slack Integration, Google sheet integration. Payroll and PMS is also quite good and easy to use.
Notification mailer on completion of probation period in Asanify to be implemented. Resignation option is not available.
It was so easy to use Asanify and hope other business owners concider it. It is affordable with the right features for business operations.

Also, the people there are great. They ensured a quick and successful implementation and are always happy to guide me when I have questions.
The lack of participation could be due to the fact that very few people log onto an actual computer and do most of their communication via their phones.
User friendly and easy from an Admin standpoint once the program was implemented. The support staff was fantastic.
Perhaps the only thing that's been an issue is not being able to report on an employee after they have been blocked, or terminated, from the system.
Great for small start-ups and has the ability to ability to grow with the company as there are different areas you can utilize such as learning and praise.

Sometimes it is difficult to adapt the survey over time. When one option was changed, it then changed all previous answers to match the new option.
The main benefit is the ease of use and great support staff available at a click of the mouse or a quick phone call.
Also, not sure whether or not this is really your fault, but we have been having a lot of issues with evaluators receiving the automated messages that get sent to them.
It was easy to implement and quickly learn but with time, I was able to expand my skills and create even more complex surveys to fulfill every single function I desired.

I love how easy it is to maneuver, as an admin or employee. The onboarding features are very useful and practical, employee overviews are very clear.
Sometimes the admin aspects can be difficult to configure. For example, setting up or editing a time off policy can sometimes be confusing.
They have been a great team to work with, and their helpfulness and responsiveness have been amazing.
There are some glitches with the time off function (i.e. we have a cap of 50 sick days for some staff and sometimes the accruals are off).
Overall, Humi was great at ensuring our teams were able to easily keep track of things like vacation time and other company updates. It's ease of use makes it a very attractive software product.

We find the review templates a bit convoluted and confusing and because we don't do payroll through the program have to make manual adjustments to days off and wages.
The pricing structure is great and the system for employee time off tracking is amazing.
Humi Payroll is missing the year-end filings with the government (generating and submitting T4s to CRA still needs to be done manually).
Easy to use, the customer service with our rep[ SENSITIVE CONTENT] is great. Where there is flexibility with set up (adding fields etc..), it's been good.
Customer service is good and the platform itself is very straightforward and user friendly.
I like the reporting it is robust and i can customize for my own needs. Onboarding and storing documents in Humi is extremely easy.

The interface is attractive and easy to learn. We needed a good option for an online clock-in system for our small office, and this is by far the best.
There are no options of printing reports easily, I want to print for all employees their hours and there is no way to do it. I can get really frustrating.
Brilliant interface, flexible platform, great in attendance management, easy to use, perfect permissions control.
If more corrections are required for that day, the initial correction needs to be deleted which also causes data loss.
The ease of punching in and out. Also the affordability of the program for the available benefits was great.
Scheduling is not very flexible (drag and drop) if you have rapid shift changes for employees.
What I like the most with Clockit is its integration features with other apps such as Slack. Also, Clockit has a very responsive customer support which helps us resolve issues right away.
That if I forget to check how many hours I worked in a day, there's no report (at least that I can find) that I can look at later on.
I love that I can have employees clock-in information easily available online constantly for a great price (or free!!).

I am very interested in the fact that Retable has an online database. Retable is a very comprehensive product and it makes my job very easy.
One notable downside was the lack of adequate information or historical context provided alongside it.
Retable.io provides excellent customer support. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, their team was quick to respond and provided helpful solutions.
Become Increasingly reliant on this. Great alternative to the expensive Airtable.
This is a super useful tool for organizing lots of information and being able to find it within seconds. It is searchable and can be extended via zapier.
I love that many of the features that are in Airtable are also in this program. Very easy to use if you have used Airtable.

Being unable to access employee W-2's from the employer login is frustrating.
The on boarding process was seamless, the process for running payroll is simple and straight forward, and the cost is very competitive. We are very happy we made the transition to Deluxe Payroll & HR.
Our pay structure is weird since we pay for performance instead of the same hourly rate.
Our company greatly benefits from the simplicity of Deluxe, as our payroll individual has no prior experience and maintains the ability to navigate the program effectively.
But now you switched to UPS delivery twice I have not received my checks on time. This is very annoying as my employees expect to be paid on time.
Our rep is wonderful, and helped me a great deal when I first started in this job. Payrolls are always correct and on time.
Some of the more complex things that come up are hard to figure out.
The quickness of the page loads, ease of inputting the hours, set up was fairly easy. My staff got into their side great and say it is easy to view everything.

Our EMR does not currently accept Celayix as an interface. Sometimes saving visits freezes and needs to be refreshed losing all work unsaved.

One time I accidentally hit the back button in my browser and lost all of my progress. Now I write everything in a google doc and paste it into ChartHop when I'm done.

Love the fact that you can go back in time and clearly see who was at the company years ago, who is having an anniversary, who is being promoted, who is departing, etc.
Sometimes its not always up to date but it does take a few days, but that might be a delay on our end of reporting it.
