With its interactive voice response (IVR) module, managers can configure the user interface and automatically route incoming calls to specific agents. Plus, it enables professionals to customize greeting messages and receive transcriptions of recorded voicemails via email.

AVOXI allows businesses to create personalized accounts for employees and monitor ongoing calls to assess client interactions with agents. Users can track the outcome of multiple calls, record customer information in a centralized database, and update inquiry statuses via summary notes. Managers can automatically identify the caller IDs of incoming calls, as well as upload and record audio prompts.

Key features of AVOXI include call barging, automated call distribution (ACD), alerts/notifications, and call queuing. The application enables administrators to configure role-based access across user accounts and assign extensions to specific individuals. It also helps enterprises add multiple members in call groups and select custom music for holding calls.
