The major issue with our prior data integration pipeline was handling complex transformations and relating data across multiple data sources. Since hotglue offers a Python transformation layer our engineering team was able to construct these transformations once and leave it (set it and forget it). This really simplified customer onboarding and enabled us to offer a more self-serve process. Since using hotglue we've been able to support 5x more integrations which that has directly helped us close more deals.
hotglue has made data integration a worry-free process for our engineering team – there is no other tool focused on the B2B developer use case. hotglue has cut the time it takes for us to roll out new customer integrations by 90%. We can now support more integrations, and keep a unified view of customer data with ease.
hotglue provides a lot of flexibility which is essential for engineering teams like ours. However, their embeddable widget is somewhat restrictive in what it allows our customers to do (they cannot currently schedule data syncs themselves). This isn't a problem as hotglue's API still allows us to offer this functionality – just a convenience thing.

1. Ease of deployment: We were up and running in less than 10 days. This includes the testing and implementation phase, where the hot glue team was super helpful in walking us through specifics and often going out of their way to assist us. 2. Intuitive interface: The product is easy to use. We had 2 non-technical people on our team using the product and they had very few issues in understanding the product features. 3. Great pricing: Very reasonably priced for startups. For the features offered and the top-notch support, this is a great team and product to partner with.
Documentation about how individual elements work and DIY strategies are still a work in progress. However, the team was consistently coming up with new content and videos to help users adapt quickly.

Hotglue's integration catalog is very strong and we've saved a ton of time and headaches. Integrations is key to any saas platform and Hotglue is a lifesaver, such an amazing idea. The best part about Hotglue is [SENSITIVE CONTENT], we've worked with many vendors, but I've never met founders who truly care about our success like they do. Thnx guys!
I wish the dashboard was more developed and the sdk was more customizable, but these are small things that will get upgrades over time. All in all, no real cons here, its a no brainer.

Hotglue was super easy to set up and helps us show the power of our budgeting tool. We were able to get the data from Quickbooks in less than 3 days and set up the views needed to perform budget vs actuals in a seamless manner
No cons at the moment. The app has been very helpful and meets our needs.
