What is OfficeNo1?

Work efficiently, flexibly and process-controlled with the enterprise resource planning for Mac and Windows. The core functions include the maintenance of master data, the management and generation of your documents, which can also be sent immediately by mail from OfficeNo1. Create offers, delivery bills, invoices, inquiries, orders, booking slips, commission slips, proforma documents, cash vouchers or even internal work orders.

Key benefits of using OfficeNo1

OfficeNo1 offers a wide range of features for your business:
- Management of master data - customers, suppliers, contact persons, employees with authorization management and articles as well as stock articles. Articles for trade, with inventory management, with set articles and also with hierarchical parts lists for your production. Management of taxes, of foreign languages, payment terms, shipping terms and commodity groups.
- Creation of documents - send quotations, orders, delivery bills and invoices to your customers and send requests and orders to your suppliers directly by mail. The documents are accounting and legally complete!
- Warehouse management - whether physical warehouses or virtual storage bins. For inventory-managed items, an inventory can be taken on any date, as a history of all additions and disposals can be viewed at any time. In addition to batch management with best before date, minimum stocks and target stocks can also be defined for automatic order proposals. Interfaces to external warehouse software such as Kardex or chaotic warehouse management are available.
- Order management - manual or automated order proposals. Book your orders to, completely or partially. Generate purchase invoices from your orders for e.g.: accounting.
- Statistics - define reports for e.g.: Sales based on your criteria. With OfficeNo1 you can create periodic comparisons, article statistics, customer statistics, supplier statistics or even monthly comparisons.
- Article availability - For each article in stock, an availability can be viewed at any time, taking into account order statuses, blanket orders, booking slips, commission slips, order stocks, blanket orders, primary requirements and requirements.
- Interfaces - OfficeNo1 is your central software with numerous interfaces to accounting systems, forwarding agencies, Edifact, e-invoice, Intrastat, Grüner Punkt, Arac, SEPA, ELV, Kadex, Grüner Punkt, self-disposal, payment terminals and webshop systems such as Shopware, WooCommerce, xtCommerce, Magento, Prestashop and Shopify.
- Production planning - allocate your resources based on orders with target-actual comparison of actual and planned hours.
- Cash register - integrated RKSV certified cash register system with online or offline signing.
