The app provides a single platform for field force reporting, tracking, and workflow automation. The platform ensures that all reports submitted by agents are available in real-time. Users can view reports, analyze performance, identify trends, and manage their business from one place.

With TrackerPal, users can view route details, geo-fence information, call logs, distance travelled, and more. The software offers both historical and real-time status. With the task management module, managers can schedule daily visit tasks for agents. Tasks of any kind can be set up in minutes. For service tasks service charges as per job can be defined. For asset maintenance tasks, parts quotation can be generated and sent to clients instantly. It provides agents with a tour planner with order of visit according to optimal distance to be traveled as well as route directions and feature to call the clients. Agents can also capture images, GPS, barcodes, and signatures in reports. The dashboard displays live GPS locations for agents in one window. The platform's expense management module enables users to claim tour expenses as per travel policy and allows their managers upto 3 levels to view travel expense claims and approve them in real time.

A very good Retailer Sales order Management App from TrackerPal

We were looking for the best cost-effective app that was readily available for our multi-brand multi SKU product sales business. We were getting all retailers and distributor orders on paper/email and we had to wait for the end of day and month to understand the sales performance of each of our field sales executives. With TrackerPal we got the entire standard tracking features including distance traveled, locations, attendance, expense reimbursement, messaging and more importantly to be able to receive retailer and distributor sales order details in real time. With TrackerPal, we are now managing our attendance, reimbursements, and incentives for our sales executives effectively and ensure order fulfillments from our warehouses in real-time improving efficiency and saving us a lot of manual effort, delays and inaccuracies in our operations prior to TrackerPal.
