Implement performance increases and make things not as rigid and it will be a winning system.

It can be fairly inconvenient and confusing to users who do not know the ins and outs of the app. I guess my only complaint would be that its sometimes confusing when designing a new form and getting it implemented, but any time I've had a problem, one phone call is all it took to help me.

Rocky at first, like any new product startup, but much better now and I have tried 4 other ELD options and this one is hands down the best for us. However, they are causing us to be non-compliant due to sending wrong equipment multiple times and we still have two trucks not working at all or not working properly. I do not like that when your system has an update, that the previous version does not work correctly. The laws did not change, so I am not sure why the system does not work.

The software has been great and had performed as described. The integration team has been awesome as well. The workflow in simPRO is quite comprehensive and yet logical. We love the ability to turn a lead into a quote... then track it into a job, and to an invoice and payment.
