RepairShopr helps repair shops, plumbing agencies, painting contractors, HVAC services, and other businesses streamline invoicing, marketing, CRM, ticketing, and point of sale (POS) operations via a unified portal. The platform includes a self-service portal, which lets customers view and check invoices and service status and approve or decline repair estimates. RepairShopr allows organizations to take notes, maintain a contact database, monitor customer credits, generate barcodes, and store invoices and billing summaries for reference. Administrators can automatically calculate repair costs and handle multiple cash registers.
