What is Visual Planning?

Visual Planning is a resource management and scheduling platform that helps companies manage assets and day-to-day operations. The functionalities of the cloud-based solution include human resource management, construction scheduling, project management, fleet management, field service scheduling, CRM and more.

Visual Planning allows users to manage projects, workloads, and budgets, allocate resources, and update graphs and reports in real-time. The drag-and-drop feature enables users to update, manage and create schedules. Visual Planning displays real-time workloads and calculated metrics to measure budget vs cost, capacity vs demand, and planned vs actual results. This allows managers to anticipate overheads and bottlenecks and make informed decisions to solve problems before they actually occur.

In order to facilitate resource planning on the go, Visual Planning provides functionality for mobile devices to access the solution and manage activities remotely. It supports integration with multiple databases such as MySQL, SQL Server and Oracle, as well as data formats such as CSV files and spreadsheets.
