I have been using JazzHR for a long time, and I find it to be a great tool for managing and optimizing the recruitment process with all its advanced features.

JazzHR assists you in all your recruitment processes.

It is a user-friendly ATS system and good for entry-level recruiters who are new to the job. The library of recruiting resources and support to help users understand and navigate the ATS is far better than any other customer support team. While there are limited customization and pricing concerns, using Jazz HR has been a positive experience.

Great ATS system

Overall a very good ATS for candidate sourcing and pipeline management, at a good price. Customer support is excellent - we even had our AE do a training for our managers when we rolled out the interview assessments & feedback requirements. The only reason why I might consider another platform is the reporting.

We were looking for a more robust ATS that allows more technical level changes than what our previous ATS allowed - and this is just that. It gives the user a lot of control over the settings/workflows, which at times can be a bit cumbersome to maintain, but ultimately creates a more specialized experience for our recruitment team.

JazzHR ATS Review

JazzHR has been a great applicant tracking system for us. Very user friendly and customizable. It is one of the most affordable systems I have seen on the market, so I think it's a great bang for your buck. Only downside is the lack of reporting/analytics for managing a recruiting team.  

For the price, JazzHR is a great platform for applicant tracking and workflow management.

We use Jazz to facilitate the hiring process for all our job postings, and it has made the life of our HR team so much easier. It would be good, though, to pair your usage of it with training so all your employees are using it in the preferred and best way for your organization.

I think JazzHR is a great recruiting tool. I just wish I had more training from my HR team in order to learn the ins and outs of this tools. I will definitely reuse it should we need to hire additional team members.

It has been a great experience overall.  The customer service is great, the people are very friendly and attentive and the software is easy to use and fulfills all of our needs.

Jazz Happy Customer

In my career, I've used over 10 applicant tracking systems and none of them have been as easy or straightforward as HR. I'm left baffled that it is not the industry leader and by the cost of the product. It does not have all the bells or whistles of a Lever or Greenhouse, but a lot of companies (like mine) just don't need that.

Confusingly good

Fantastic. Quick and easy migration. We had a short period to evaluate other solutions and implement. With our implementation contact, we were able to effectively migrate our data from iCIMS quickly.

Look no further - You've found an ATS

We implemented Jazz just under 2 years ago. I use it daily to sort resumes, post jobs, send emails, etc. In general it is a really good system that allows you to customize in a way that works best for you. Our account manager is always there is answer questions and to help train us on whatever we ask!

JazzHR Review: Understand the Pros and Cons

Nancy:                                                 Hi, I am Nancy. I'm the Director of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement for an advertising agency. We have about 40 employees, and I give Jazz a three. So I've used a lot of other softwares in the past. I've used Jobvite, CATS, Lever, Workable, Jazz. I'm sure there's a couple of others, and there's a couple of proprietary ones as well. Overall, they each have their things that I liked and things that I didn't like. I have yet to find an ATS that gets everything right. Probably the one that I liked the most was Lever. Unfortunately, Lever is very expensive and out of the price range, and actually too robust for the company I'm with now.
                                                       When I got to this company, they had already chosen Jazz and I'd used it before, so it was a fine transition for me. I believe the main reason they chose Jazz over other softwares, it's a relatively easy setup. It's pretty intuitive, and the cost is very reasonable for what it does. It does do a lot for the cost.
                                                       So I honestly didn't have much of an onboarding process because I've used it before, and because I've used so many of them, they all work relatively the same. I was able to feel my way around. I did have to contact customer support a few times at the beginning to remind me of how things were. Customer support was always very helpful. I was just frustrated with the things that I felt like should be part of Jazz that weren't.
                                                       If you're considering Jazz, make sure that you understand the full functionality and the scheduling component and how it all ties in. The last recommendation I have is I actually switched out of Jazz because I got so frustrated with the lag time. There's significant lag time on clicking between candidates or just doing anything, honestly. There were several other issues, which honestly I can't remember off the top of my head because it's been a while, but the main thing is make sure you understand what they're going to provide you if you switch to another system. The migration to the other system I went to did not go well at all. They provided me with basically over 1,000 files that were not mapped, and I had to figure out how to map them, which I unfortunately was never able to do.
                                                       So in other good news is that I started with a brand new clean system. On the other hand, I lost significant notes because it wasn't provided to me in a file format that I could use, or even if I didn't want to do the migration and import it into the new system, literally, the files are all numbers and you can't figure out how they map together.
