What is Buyer Discovery?

Buyer Discovery provides B2B intent data for software buyers that are actively researching products and categories on Gartner Digital Market sites. This solution is designed to enable sales pipeline, account prioritization, and marketing efforts by identifying companies with high purchase intent. With Buyer Discovery, sales and marketing teams can access firmographic data, direct competitor comparisons, intent histories, and more.

Buyer intent data is accessible via downloadable account target lists and visual tools on the Buyer Discovery platform. Additionally, a Buyer Discovery web app is available to transfer prospect and intent data to the Salesforce platform. With this app, teams can access company summaries that include metrics such as prospect tables, intent signals, categories viewed, date of last session, activity streams, company search filters, notification triggers, and more. This solution is compatible with Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited editions.

Customer service was horrible. The response to my concerns was that I'm stuck under contract.

The demo was the best part of the product.

The actual results were horrible and most prospects were not purchasing new software due to covid and many had no idea why we were reaching out.
