What is Bedrock Data?
Bedrock Data is a cloud-based platform for data management and software integrations, with solutions for CRM, ERP, sales, marketing automation, email marketing, finance, eCommerce, and support integrations. Bedrock Data’s dashboard shows the volume of data synchronised over time, all recent activity, and a breakdown of unique records synced, and allows users to manage all of their integrations in a single interface.
Bedrock Data enables users to set up continuous integration between multiple business systems using API or login information, including Salesforce, Zoho, MailChimp, HubSpot, Shopify, Zendesk, and many more. Users can auto-generate field mappings, including name, email, company, and phone number, or create unlimited custom mappings for data sync. Custom workflows allow users to specify and limit which records should be synchronised, such as limiting records synced to their CRM based on lead quality or scoring, by using IF/THEN conditional logic statements. Integrations can be set up to only sync data going forward in time, or to also sync all historic data, and users can select a custom sync delay between runs.
