It helps in triggering important updates on the email with the notification. Also, there is a timer facility wherein if the team has not replied to the query it would trigger the mail again and again at the set timer.

With Outlook integrated, my team can log emails and contacts straight from their Outlook interactions which helps cut time, improve efficiency, and increase effective data tracking.

Outlook is the main channel for me to get work done. If it wasn't because of this integration it would be painful for me to stay on top of Salesforce.

We have integrated Hubspot Marketing to connect this directly to the Website and capture leads, nurturing and lead qualification.
