Centralised communication between our teams across the globe, reducing the difficulties typically caused by such a time difference (London to San Francisco), particularly with the mobile app.
Fulfils all of my team's needs in setting up our mobile ad campaigns, which involves communication between our offices London and San Francisco. This software allows a centralised point of contact, which works seamlessly on a daily basis.
The mobile app needs some work, it often crashes and I have lost work as a result. There have been instances where I have written out a long case comment back to a colleague, and tapping the wrong area on the screen takes you back to a previous screen, losing the comment altogether and forcing me to re-write it (often multiple times)

We use it to manage prospects, clients, inactive clients, campaigns etc. Our sales team has access as well as marketing, so its a nice interface to store all information on customers and prospects. It also had pardot ( our email platform) and the two work together well.
It is easy to navigate for the most part. There are many different features that allow for easy workflow organization as well!
They just released a new "lightening" version and while it is a nice upgrade, buttons and features are in a slightly different place so just navigating that and getting used to the new interface has been the only "con".
