I live by my Google Calendar, including setting up a calendar to log my clients who purchase packages, so I can tell them at a glance how many sessions they have left on their package. I colour-code events, tasks, appointments, and breaks, so that I can easily see how my day is looking via schedule mode. I've trained clients in being better organised by teaching them how I use Google Calendar. It's a lifesaver!

If the booking system can't sync both ways with Google calendar, we would have to choose a different system.
