Unito overview

What is Unito?

Unito is a no-code integration platform that keeps work tools aligned across cross-functional teams. It connects 60+ applications with two-way real-time sync, so a change in one tool updates the matching record in the other within seconds, including comments, attachments, statuses, assignees, due dates, and custom fields.

No more manual data entry, copy-pasting details between apps, redundant status meetings, or waiting for a status update.

Common cross-functional workflows include:

- Agile delivery, keeping a product roadmap tool in step with the engineering backlog so PMs and developers work from the same source of truth

- Incident escalation, routing IT or service tickets to the engineering queue without duplicate data entry

- RevOps to engineering, linking customer-facing work in the CRM to engineering or implementation work

- Dev to PM visibility, surfacing code activity inside the project management tool

- Customer support escalation, bridging the support platform with engineering so bugs and feature requests flow both ways

Unito supports flows that bring sub-items along with their parents, so an epic and its child tasks, or a ticket and its linked work items, move together with full context. Field mapping rules translate values between tools that label things differently, so statuses, priorities, and types stay meaningful on both sides. Bidirectional comment sync, including replies, keeps conversations in one thread.

Business users can configure flows without engineering involvement, through a guided setup that walks through choosing tools, picking which records to sync, mapping fields, and setting rules for what flows in which direction. IT and platform teams retain governance through role-based access, audit logs, and SSO.

Key connectors include Asana, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira (Cloud, Data Center, and Service Management), GitHub, HubSpot, monday.com, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Zendesk, Wrike, Airtable, and Google Sheets, with ongoing additions across project management, CRM, ITSM, developer, support, and spreadsheet categories.

Unito is SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, and CCPA compliant, supports SSO, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and does not store customer record data. Audit logs and granular access controls support regulated and enterprise IT review.

Teams at HP, Wix, Warner Bros, Logitech, EY, Cornell, Boston Scientific, MIT, HubSpot, Stanford, and Mercari use Unito to remove manual data entry, cut status meetings, and keep cross-tool work moving.

For teams that want to extend the platform programmatically, a public REST API supports custom integrations and workflow automation.
