With some custom programming and the Hubspot plugin we can put our clients on a WordPress website instead of the Hubpost CMS to save money. This still allows for tracking and forms to be used between the two sites.

Most of the times the Hubspot plugin will make the cut, there are mint be some specific situations where you will need a developers help to integrate custom fields for woocommerce.

hubspot captures leads generated from Wordpress forms, which saves us a lot of time and was critical when we researched solutions

Using their forms on the website is also a great way to have one unified system for both emails and website email collection.

Its necessary for any size company, small medium or large to capture leads of the visitors.

Excellent to keep track of the emails sent to any contacts. You can save the email with the contact, and when the contact doesn't exist, HubsSpot creates it automatically. You can also send the email from HS and it's save in Gmail

The browser plugin ensures that every email sent to a contact in Gmail is logged and tracked in HubSpot.

Excellent feature for keeping track of all the emails sent to clients. This is really important.

If you know Zapier, then you know the many ways it's used. We use it to trigger the creation of external lead lists within Google Sheets, send lead form fills over to Accelo, and many other things. The only thing it's missing is being able to automate reporting and export campaign metrics through it.

Automating tasks is essential to optimizing my day. Without this integration, I'd lose time and productivity.

Using the data for different campaigns of personalization like Image/GIF. Zapier plays a vital role here.
