catalog360 overview

catalog360 is a mobile-first procure to pay (P2P) solution which incorporates eRequisitions, approvals, purchase order management, eInvoicing, and more. The product information management (PIM) tool allows users to create items with unlimited variant combinations which can have different stock levels, availability timeframes, digital assets, and transaction types. Users can also define product attributes at the category, product template, master product, or product variant level. Multi-level product tagging and categorization are supported, and products can be located using full-text search with near-instant faceting.

catalog360 allows users to submit requisition requests, create sourcing events, generate purchase orders, process invoices, and more. Approval chains and workflows are fully configurable, and automatically generate full audit trains. The software can also be integrated with a range of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Benefits

Built-in digital asset management (DAM) tools allow users to manage a range of asset types including documents, pictures, and videos, with metadata extraction, image auto-resizing, and watermarking.

Users can configure email and mobile approval chains, with automated audit trails, for requisitions, sourcing, and more.

Invoice processing can be automated through eInvoicing, with support for cXML, PEPPOL, EDI document handling X12, and EDIFACT, with automatic checking of invoices against purchase orders before they are released to accounts payable.

Sourcing events can be imported from spreadsheets, or created from ‘free-text’ lines on requests, and submitted to multiple suppliers simultaneously or in series.

A range of standard reports are included, and users can also customize report templates and queries, and export reports to CSV, PDF, HTML, XML, and JSON.
